Comments: As of now we can call Groups E & F as the worst performing groups in this WC. They had the maximum 6 teams in the round of 32 and they all lost. That is GER, CIV, ECU, NED, JPN, SWE. Easy groups

Comments: Senegal got cocky and thought the game was over already, being ahead 2-0 with 6 minutes left. Now they know how Japan felt 8 years ago..., same opponent, same # of goals ahead and same final result. Japan was ahead of Belgium in 2018 World Cup 2-0 in the 2nd half of the knockout stage and ended up losing it 2-3.

Comments: This WC could be called the African Cup. Almost a 1/3 of the players are either African or African blood playing for other teams. Imagine if they all played for their motherland. They could easily win the WC. They are fast, strong and motivated.
