Once again, fellow hamvatans are in the fore front R&D. با کمک محققان ایرانی امکانپذیر میشود؛از بین بردن تومور ظرف یک هفته در میان چالشهای متعدد برای درمان تومورها، مشکل در رساندن داروهای ضد سرطان به مکان مناسب و در مقادیر مناسب از چالشهای اصلی است که حال با کمک محققان ایرانی این مشکل در حال حل شدن است. به گزارش ایسنا و به نقل از گیزمگ، گروهی از محققان دانشگاه رایس با کمک "امید ویسه" و "امیر جزایری" محققان ایرانی، نوع جدیدی از ایمپلنت را توسعه دادهاند که با این دو مشکل مقابله میکند. به گفته محققان عملکرد این روش بسیار خوب است به طوریکه آنها با آزمایش این ایمپلنت بر روی موشها دریافتهاند میتوان ۱۰۰ درصد تومورهای تخمدان موشها را در عرض یک هفته از بین برد. مهندسان زیستی توسعه دهنده این درمان سرطان، از آن به عنوان یک "کارخانه دارو" یاد کردهاند زیرا هنگامیکه دارو در مکان مناسب قرار میگیرد میتواند به تولید ترکیبات مورد نیاز برای از بین بردن تومورها ادامه دهد. ایمپلنتها از دانههای کوچکی به اندازه سر سوزن تشکیل شدهاند که با سلولهایی که به دقت انتخاب شدهاند و در یک پوسته محافظ قرار گرفتهاند وارد بدن میشوند. سلولهای درون این دانهها طوری مهندسی شدهاند که ترکیبی طبیعی به نام اینترلوکین ۲ (Interleukin 2) تولید کنند و اینترلوکین ۲ نیز سیتوکینی که باعث میشود گلبولهای سفید خون برای مبارزه با سرطان فعال شوند. سپس آزمایشهایی روی مدلهای موش مبتلا به سرطان تخمدان پیشرفته و سرطان روده بزرگ انجام شد. این دانهها دوباره عملکرد فوقالعادهای داشتند و تومورهای جوندگان را در کمتر از شش روز از بین بردند. نکته مهم این است که آنها فقط غلظت بالایی از داروها را در محل تومور برده و دارو را تحویل داده و با این کار از خطر سمیت سلولهای سالم جلوگیری میکنند.

Comments: It does not matter Faramarz Khan. It is United States. Bush Sr started a war to librate Kuwait, Clinton started the Serbia war, bush jr started the Afghanistan and Iraq. Obama started the Syria fiasco together with bombardment of Libya and ousting of Ghaddafi. Trumpiss started a war with the American people lol, and under Biden we witnessed war like activities which started in Burma, allowed Israel to bomb the poor innocent people of Gaza and since then allowing demolition of over 1500 Palestinian properties. Then Afghanistan fiasco and now the US instigation of Russia invading Ukraine. The Ukraine situation would have been resolved with one move. And that move is "ok we postpone the idea of Ukraine joining NATO". So it does not matter if you have a Republican in the office or democrats. Actually they have a lot more in common than differences. They disagree on social affair activities like education healthcare and also Taxes and we all know the bulk of US government activity is at global and foreign policy level . One thing Pelosi said in Israel last week was that no matter who the President is, the continuity of our foreign policy is always intact. So on Democrat vs GOPs one party say please have a seat and the other say seat the hell down. The message is the same. My message? لعنت به هردوتا شون.
