Comments: Maghsoud, I hear you. On our own PAPER, it doesn’t look good! Odd makers are putting us on the 2nd place in the group. I go with best case scenarios and give them 3-4 points. More realistic scenarios would give us 2-3 points. Pessimistic predictions is what we only get 1 point. If I’m not mistaken, we have never lost all 3 games in the WC. This WC could unfortunately be the case!
Comments: He’s a jew that is why he gets away with it
The Dictator (2012) is an outrageous political satire starring Sacha Baron Cohen as General Aladeen, the over-the-top dictator of the fictional country of Wadiya. The film combines absurd humor, biting social commentary, and Cohen’s signature fearless comedy to lampoon authoritarianism, privilege, and cultural stereotypes. It’s ridiculous, raunchy, and intentionally over-the-top—everything from ludicrous political schemes to wild public antics keeps the laughs coming. Beneath the chaos, it cleverly pokes fun at power, ego, and the absurdities of modern politics, making it both hilarious and surprisingly pointed. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRSpHQJDQFs/

Comments: My paper says we will be competing for the last place. I am not sure why would they think that we would place third in a condition that we could advance. Here is what my paper says all teams and I mean all teams can score on us. NZ will score on us and with a shit performance that GN has fielded over and over we could lose the game even against NZ. Then there are the much easier groups than ours. Compared to them our group is not one easy at all. I see five may be six groups that are easier. In those groups the third place is probably going to have a better record. So, I think on paper everything points to us being eliminated in the group stage with the current team. I think the only thing standing in the way of a change is corruption both in government and in GN. Right now his groupies r lobbying and bribing all sorts of people from players to federation and government to stay. He will use religion as a hook. May pay visit to some hossainiehs to rig the what is written on paper.

Comments: With a more difficult group, they might have changed the coach but with this group (on paper, easier), they will keep the coach. In paper again, we should be able to move on to the next round which is about what the other WCs have been. We should be able to finish 3rd and do well enough to get to top 32.
Comments: Watching that match between Wales and Belgium, man Wales is weak and disorganized. We did a lot better than that under CQ organizationally.
Comments: Mayeli Kolang ![]() I also think that Kolang is better than Ghandali. Ghandali has been a disaster even Afghanistan scores on us now.
Comments: At this point, even Mayeli Kolang is better than Ghandali. I don't mind if they give GolMo a chance if they do not want a foreign coach.
Comments: Bringing someone totally new a month before the tournament is a waste of money. They need to do this now.
Comments: I don’t think they would bring back CQ. I can see another European coach but not CQ.
Comments: This is indeed shocking to me! I am agreeing with lol!!!!
Aside from USA, Canada, and Mexico which are host (otherwise have no business in Pot 1), Belgium is the weakest team in that pot. They have big stars who have never been able to play well together and now they are also old. Here is my prediction, if we bring in CQ now:
Comments: Iran is going to lose 2 out of 3 games, namely to Egypt and Belgium and go even with NZ.
Comments: Last world cup we made the mistake to change coach and bring in CQ and paid the price in the first match. But this time is different. It might shock Faramarz but I think this is the WC we need to bring in CQ to lead the team. He was the coach of EGY for a while and knows them well and with BEL a CQ style tactical game might get us a good result. CQ is with Oman now and if he can't make it maybe bring in Skocic and give him what we took away from him last time around
Comments: That's the price on Stubhub which you can buy right now. FIFA pricing is less but you can't buy tickets until Dec. 11 and that might not be easy! BEL is also an aging team they got 3 stars: De Bryune, Doku and Trossard. This is their last major match in qualifying playing a familiar team ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUrANfNb088
Comments: Damn, I thought the lowest price would be in the range of $200. Ten of us are planning to go!
Comments: I think even SEA will be a home game for Iran given the proximity to LA, SF and VAN. The lowest price for the first game is $424 each but the price keeps going up
Comments: I wish we played Egypt in LA. We need all the help that the crowd can provide.
Comments: Iran games are all set, 2 games in LA, they are doing Iran a favor or have some sinister plan, the second game's time is brutal ![]() Iran - New Zealnad June 15 SoFi Stadium 6PM PST Iran - Belgium June 21 SoFi Stadium 12PM PST Iran Egypt June 26 Lumne Fiel Seaatle 8PM PST
Comments: If I’m not mistaken we will play Seattle, LA and Vancouver in this order. We play New Zealand, Belgium and Egypt, in this order. |
