Comments: USA is a good team, no doubt about it but their main problem is they just don't know how to score. All their own pundits are asking 'who is going to score for us?". They can do all the hustle and running but don't have someone like Taremi who will score on 2 out of every 3 chances he gets. I don't think the players need any motivation for the USA game, they already got it. CQ liberated them with his message to them before the Wales match. They will show up, sing the anthem and do the job.

Comments: LOL's analysis below is sound, but as Zinsky said, it all depends on which TM shows up. I have been very impressed with the young US team during their 1st two games. Iran certainly has the talent, and are better than US. After such a high-energy game against the Wales, a lot of emotions were expressed and the players may feel a relief, and let down in the 3rd game. \\This is why CQ stated right after yesterday's game that "we are not finished yet". CQ's biggest job is to keep the payers motivated, hungry and even angry, if possible (I like angry at this stage).

Comments: Great game by Argentina. I just sent you an email with today's prediction results. Faramarz is still in first place; however, Max has caught up with him. Parviz is in 3rd place.
Comments: The last game is the perfect set up for CQ. He just needs a draw to advance and we know he is an specialist in getting draws. And TM's offensive power is also perfect for a counter attacking style. So I expect Iran will sit back and invite the Americans to come out and then hit them on the counter. Also, I think CQ has kept some fresh legs for this match in Amiri and Ghodos. We might see them in the starting line up. I think we will play only with Taremi up front. Comments: Faramarz, It’s one thing for CQ to plan one way or another and another thing for the players to show up. History of football in Iran is full of inconsistencies! We can go from a really bad performance to an amazing one in few days. We have to wait and see how the players react to the situation. I know CQ changed the lineup after England game and it worked. I also know the team needs some magic in their minds.
Comments: If we advance as the second team, we will probably face Netherlands. This is what the Oxford model has exactly predicted. There is also a chance that we may face Ecuador. So interesting that we played them just a few weeks ago! A tie or a win against the US will give us the second spot. We will have to see whether CQ will go for the tie or the W.
Comments: Iran needs a win. A tie might be good enough but we need a win. USA is not a bad team. They defend well. Not the best at scoring but we can’t let our guard down. I’m hoping Azmoun is healthy enough to play at least 1/2 of the game. We really need to be careful not to get scored on early.
