Comments: Midterms are going to be a test to see how Trump will shape the elections. I have a feeling that he will deploy national guard troops and declare martial law in major cities, democratic cities. He knows that with major cities reduced voting, his team can keep both houses. He will also come up with a plan to have majority of the mailed in ballots thrown out for some technical reasons!
Comments: I am not sure about him having longer odds before than in three years, but I am certain and agree with Bannon that they will try and do their best for a third term. I also believe now that they will not voluntarily leave and if forced it will be scorched world strategy. I do not put it past them to start some major wars just to keep him in the office.

I can tell you the followings are facts. 1) Regime is institutionalized and even with Khamenie missing from head of Beitte Rahbari, it will continue to function. People inside that I am in touch with are adamant that anyone from outside wont be able to hold or take over their system. Change must come from inside. 2) People who have demonstrated during Zan Zendighi Azadi and later this time, are disappointed with outside parties egging them on. They have started to realize that no help is coming or should be expected. 3) IR is on high alert and has started to clamp down on anyone who is even remotely related to the demonstration, that includes doctors, nurses and even hospital staff.

Protests that erupted late last year spread into regions long viewed as strongholds of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. “President Trump is consistently briefed on intelligence matters around the world,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement. “It would be a dereliction of duty as commander in chief if he were not regularly briefed on these matters. With respect to Iran, President Trump continues to closely monitor the situation,” she added. Trump had warned that military action remains an option, describing the US naval buildup in the region as an “armada.” Alongside the air defense deployments, the Pentagon has sent additional F-15E strike aircraft to the region and placed long-range bombers on heightened alert, according to US officials. Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, said he recently spoke with Trump about Iran and urged stronger action. “The goal is to end the regime,” Graham said. “They may stop killing them today, but if they’re in charge next month, they’ll kill them then.”

The report says that the intelligence indicates that “the Iranian government’s hold on power is at its weakest point since the shah was overthrown in the 1979 revolution.” The report comes as Trump mulls using force against Iran after the regime brutally suppressed protests, killing thousands. The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier and accompanying warships are moving toward the region alongside additional forces the US has sent.
