My guess is that US has told Mammad Arreh that it will use the airbase in SA regardless of what they say. I suspect that Arreh has said no and is asking Pakistan to help defend the airbase against the Americans. This is consistent with Iran-China-Russia-Qatar-SA-Iran are in talks for a new regional security structure. It looks like SA and Qatar are breaking away from USA. He thinks that the UAE attack may have been Iran and that it was meant to serve as a warning that they can and will go after the infra structure in these countries. He also says that Iran's analysis has reached the conclusion that Trump does not care about the interests of America but deeply cares about his own financial interests. I do agree with this analysis. He then says that because of this Iran threatened to destroy things that would financially hurt Trump personally. This in combination with the UAE attack made Trump back down.
