Comments: NO SHIT SHERLOCK! U.K. ambassador, in leaked remarks, said the "one country" with a "special relationship" with the U.S. is "probably Israel" Britain's Ambassador to the U.S., Sir Christian Turner, said in February, before the U.S. and Israel launched their joint war with Iran, that to him it seemed the "only country" to have a "special relationship" with the U.S. was "probably Israel." Turner made the remarks to a group of British high-school age students visiting the U.S. A recording of the comments was obtained by the Financial Times and reported by the newspaper on Tuesday. Turner said that he didn't like the term "special relationship," coined by Prime Minister Winston Churchill in the wake of World War II, to describe the U.S.-U.K. bond, calling it "quite nostalgic" and "backwards-looking," according to the FT. "I think there is probably one country that has a special relationship with the United States," he said, "and that is probably Israel." CBS News has not reviewed the audio of his remarks, but the British government has not denied their authenticity.

Comments: Trump’s pettiness is endless. He wants his name and picture everywhere. Kennedy center changed to Trump-Kennedy center. He wants his picture and signature on $100 bill. Now he wants to have his name and picture on US passport!!! What a baby and I apologize for the babies out there…
Comments: I have to say that EU should have kept the agreement they signed with Iran and bypass US/Israel but it took this war for them to wake up and grow some balls! “We can see that there is no one in Trump’s inner circle with diplomatic competence or foresight, and that his “art of the deal” is reaching its limits. We saw this already during the Ukraine negotiations. Nevertheless, it is not a wise statement by Merz, as it will drive a deeper wedge into transatlantic relations. Part of diplomacy is not speaking every truth out loud. Sometimes silence also has value.” But Merz has been critical of the president’s leadership before. In February, he told an audience at the Munich Security Conference that the U.S. could no longer be counted on to watch over the global world order. Trump’s leadership had spurred “a deep divide” between Europe and the United States, he said. “The leadership claim of the U.S. is being challenged, perhaps already lost,” Merz said at the conference. “In the era of great powers, our freedom is no longer simply guaranteed. It is under threat.”

Comments: https://youtu.be/OW3_a-oUrVQ Alastair Crooke confirms that Iranian ships are escaping the US blockade by sticking close to the Iranian shore to stay within Iran's territorial waters. He thinks Israel will drive this to a very big regional or global war. He thinks that Israel believes that this has to become an apocalyptic war!
Comments: Culturally, we are so far ahead of GCC countries. No comparison. RPG sticking himself to these countries is actually lowering our social standing.

Comments: Also, as part of the negotiations with Pakistan two days ago, it looks like they worked out a deal with Iran's ships to park at Pakistani ports and send supplies through Pakistan to Iran, completely bypassing the US Blockade.
Comments: That was funny Reza. :) As for the blockade data, I do not doubt it. The reality is that Trump is all about bolstering and public image. what he does is actually quite different. And Iran is all about working out a deal. If they see that Trump is letting some through, then they will also play along. But if these ships are going through without the US consent, then we are really looking at another reason why US Navy is becoming more pathetic by the day. If this latter situation is true, we will see a much hardened IRI position.
Comments: In the last 72 hours, 52 vessels have passed through the US blockade. https://x.com/ryanrozbiani/status/2049140479422316600 Not sure if true since I didn’t verify the data he posted but not a good sign for US at all

Comments: After a month of war, massive damages, thousands dead, world economy collapsing and Iran seems to be in better position than before the war. Not Iranians, of course. There are food shortages, higher costs and daily harassment from the regime but the same regime that was “changed” is stronger than before. U.S. and Israel need to answer the world and their citizens how this war helped anyone other than the regime!!!

Comments: There are many conspiracy theories about HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program)! I’m not 100% sure what to believe. It’s easy to believe it or outright deny it. Both sides of arguments are presenting evidence that supports their claims. As a guy who worked with radars and microwave dishes, I have to admit it is not that easy to determine whether it does anything to weather or not. I’m not sure if it was designed for that purpose but many innovation have unintended consequences. One thing is for sure. The weather/climate is changing and there is science behind that. The fact that by destroying some of these radars/microwaves in certain areas the climate changes drastically is something to consider. Too many coincidences to ignore. Of course there is always the argument that climate changes by itself every now and then. We will not get a definitive answer either way. My gut feeling is that it does something but proving it would be very hard.
Comments: A good example is this move. It does nothing for UAE. It will not help it sell oil in current circumstances or get them out of this bind. The only thing it does is weaken OPEC which has been one of the long-term goals of Israel.
Comments: In my opinion calling it a "state" is overstating what they actually are. It is an entirely mob-like organization set up for political goals of another state and financial goals of international criminals. And RPG says he loves them and respects them.
Comments: UAE is an Israeli puppet state. That’s all there’s to it. 🤷🏻♂️ |
