If the U.S. maintains its blockade of Iran's ports and Iranian vessels, it will draw "practical and unprecedented military action" in response, Iran's state-run Press TV network said Wednesday, citing an unnamed "high-ranking security source."
The network said Iranian leaders' "patience has limits" and if the blockade - which the U.S. military says has forced 39 vessels attempting to access Iranian ports to turn around - continues, "a punishing response is necessary."
The report said if Washington maintains its blockade around the Strait of Hormuz, "the official warned that the enemy should soon expect a different kind of response," without offering any further details.
A senior Iranian lawmaker earlier renewed a lingering threat by Tehran to ask the Islamic Republic's allies in Yemen, the well-armed Houthi rebel movement, to target shipping in the Bab el-Mandeb strait if the blockade isn't lifted.
The Bab el-Mandeb is, just like the gridlocked Strait of Hormuz, a key chokepoint for global energy supplies in the Middle East, and the Houthis have attacked ships in the region previously.

Iran’s national rial currency hit a record low Wednesday of 1.8 million to $1 as a shaky ceasefire with the U.S. and Israel still holds.

As you may know there has been some reports about an Iranian F-5 fighter going on a bombing mission over an American base in Kuwait. It's the first and only time that an enemy fighter jet has been able to bomb an American base since WWII.
This AI generated clip tries to replicate the mission. The producer speculates that Iran used a lot of drones as a decoy in the mission. They were fired at one direction while the F-5 approched the target from the opposite direction flying super low. The clip also sepculates that the 3 Americanc F-15s fighters that were shotdown over Kuwait happened during the scramble by US and Kuwaiti AF to counter and kill the Iranain F-5.
It is truly a "mission imposible", if it happened, for a 60+ year old fighter to pull it off against the most modern air defense and fighter jets.
We shlould know the truth once the war is over.
