Comments: Reza & the rest, What do you hear from your friends and family back in Iran? I know many don’t really have families in Iran anymore. Most are either left or passed away since 1979. I have been ignoring the people here, EU or Australia. They have their opinion which is fine but I don’t see them as fully in! I go with what I hear from my own family (largely still in Iran) who are anywhere between small kids to 70s+. Almost 90% are united against this regime in a way that anything is better than this. I don’t necessarily agree but again, I’m sitting here telling them about all that could go wrong is not what they want to hear.
Comments: I’d be the first to support any opposition to these towel heads who can show me a concrete plan on how to disposition these guys sans an all out war. To think we go there and wash blood with blood ( their terms not mine) is basic recipe for civil war, exactly what Israel, KSA and UAE want for Iran. You must have an all encompassing plan after all they are your country men, you can’t discard em like worn underwear. RPG lacks in so many areas but mostly lacks the understanding of how a leader should act
Comments: Zinsky what a winter you guys are having! We had a week of some rain, last week but am afraid that this is it for the year.
Comments: Good discussion. I think this is the sticking point for me: To avoid a scenario like the ones that Reza mentioned (all at the hands of the US of A, by the way), you need a strong opposition leader who negotiates and gets assurance about what will come next. Even that guarantees nothing but it is at least better than what we have here, which is a self-declared opposition leader who has no backbone and is a complete puppet. He has no say in what will come next. This worries me a ton.

Comments: Many in iran and shahollahis outside say this: "They believe no matter what US does to them can’t be worse than this." But this is stupid as fuck. If u don't believe me just look at iraq, syria, libya ... Plenty examples of much worse n I tell u, the intention of Israel n america by proxy is exactly this level of destruction
Comments: Speaking of not understanding people who like in Iran ![]() 📷 This is the level of delusional shit you see on X from monarchist. The fuck face lives in UK and is advocating for bombing Iran under pretense of all Iranian would rather die under US bombs than live under IR rules. This is sickening to me
Comments: Most of us miss the point when it comes to people living in Iran. Every time I mention that US is only after its own benefits and is not there to help Iran or Iranians, I get the same answer. Small sample I can gather from my own family and friends are very much united in the concept of “so what?”! They look at me and say, “Iran is being raped by Mullahs, their families AND by Russia, China and the rest. It’s has been ravaged by them for 47 years!”. Iranians are mostly pro west. They feel closer to western culture and western style than the east. 6 million people have left Iran since 1970s. Almost 95% chose western countries like US, EU, Canada, Australia, …
Comments: The interesting thing about deutsche welle video is that the conveniently do not say that after 911, bush attacked Iraq rather than bin laden and Afghanistan!
Comments: Tomorrow's state of union is going to be a horrid one for Trump. He has nothing but bad news all around. To undo this, he may decide to attack Iran tonight to distract. So, in honor of this, a couple of videos: https://youtu.be/pc7BVKY5zHk https://youtu.be/p41oz5x0Dok
Comments: Reza I have been meaning to comment on Ali Karimi pic that u posted, how he was licking the boots of iri until it was not fun for him. Now he is doing this with RPG. Here is my view of him: He had brilliant skill. Greater than anyone i have seen outside of Pele and Maradona. But the reason he failed at the world stage and in Germany was because of his attitude not any physical weakness. He played the game the same way he plays life, for himself. Never understood the team game. He was great at dribbling but never did it to get his team closer to a goal rather only himself. Because of this his razzle and dazzle seldom resulted in a goal or a benefit to the team.In germany he was quickly put aside because of this. Now compare him to Kia who had great speed but much less skill. He survived in Hamburg for something like a decade. Unfortunately, Karimi plays life the same way. He is wooing RPG for selfish purposes not because he shares the same philosophy. He will dump him as soon as road becomes too difficult. A good fit into the group that has surrounded RPG.
Comments: That X post is telling the real policy out loud now. It’s about taking Iran’s resources not installing freedom n democracy.
Comments: Another handy work of Trump/US. Mexico in total chaos. The Mexican army killed the country’s most powerful cartel leader and one of the United States’ most wanted fugitives, notching a major victory while cartel members responded with a wave of violence across the country. The killing Sunday of Jalisco New Generation Cartel leader Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes during an attempt to capture him in Jalisco state was the highest-profile blow against cartels since the recapture of former Sinaloa cartel boss Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán a decade ago. Following Oseguera Cervantes’ death, security forces were placed on alert throughout the country as gunmen unleashed violence. Cars torched by cartel members blocked roads in 20 Mexican states. People locked themselves in their homes in Guadalajara, Mexico’s second-largest city and Jalisco’s capital, and school was canceled Monday in several states.

Comments: Steve Witkoff on Iran: ‘This is going to be about President Trump's policies, not Mr. Pahlavi's policies.’ They don’t even hide the fact that the war on Iran will be blatant imperialism to bring the country under US domination to steal the country’s resources. The US humiliates its so-called allies and publicly rejects the notion that these countries will even be sovereign… And yet people like Reza Pahlavi still continue to lick Washington’s boot until it shines, knowing they will be nothing but Washington’s errand boy after regime change. https://x.com/afshinrattansi/status/2025558776418578612
