It is very true that Iran is using the worst possible fuel for the cars. I’m not sure what exactly that is called or what chemicals are in it but it has been talked about for years. Iran is not alone in this. Unfortunately, many countries with limited or no refinery capacity would use the shitty fuel cause it is much easier to create and much cheaper.
