Comments: I actually remember breaking the ice in hoaz to wash our face with its water in the under freezing temperature of Tabriz. My grand father actually did not believe in hot water and believed that it is much healthier to wash your face with freezing cold water each morning.
Comments: That happened to me one year too. I am not sure why these things always happen over holidays. It took a week before we had hot water again. Three days to deal with the home warranty company before they called a plumber and the rest was the plumber finding the time. In the end I ended up paying more than what I would have without the warranty and took longer too. I hope yours gets fixed sooner.
Comments: Water heater in my house leaking! It means no hot water for at least today and possibly all weekend!!! It’s interesting to realize that most of our parents (as a kid) and our grandparents lived without plumbing or hot water and it was normal! No hot showers (thank goodness for Lifetime), no dishwasher (need to wash dishes by hand and cold 🥶 water), and washing ones face in the morning (20-25 degrees) in the morning! Things we take for granted each day!
