Honestly, I do not have the answers, and I am hurting for the people of Iran. My point though, was for example, in a normal situation, I would have been up at 2:30am in front of TV to watch Perpolis v Sepahan live today. The only football internet magazine that is working now is Varzesh3. I wasn't even willing to open the article on the game. Frankly, I didn't even care. I cannot imagine, how it is for the people in Iran, when the IPL is going on as if nothing has happened.

Comments: Javid it is easy to sit thousands of miles away and hurl expectations at them. The other thing is what shahollahis refuse to accept (I am not saying that you are one): It is not black and white. It is not like you either have people who demonstrate and risk their lives or they are government agents. There is a huge (99.99%) in between who are not demonstrating but are also not government agents. Most football managers belong to this group. Because they are in the spotlight, they have to do what they are told.

He is hichkAreh and just takes orders and executes them very poorly. So, why negotiate with him? I can think of two bizzare possibilities: 1. RPG is the go-between guy relaying messages! But boy what a poor choice! 2. The negotiations are about RPG being part of or endorsing Rohani's government which would be a really funny and even more bizarre scenario. Comments: You know friends, we are part of this group of Football junkies that have followed Iran Football from the Zal years till now. I was telling my friend yesterday, so many years and atrocities that we have seen, but when Perspolis is playing, I cannot sleep and NOT watch it live. This is an addiction. The events of the past month have finally done it for me. My addiction to Iran football and Perspolis is finally over. I simply cannot believe that they are playing as if nothing has happened. I don't care if the stadium is empty, but don't we have one manager with balls to say, we will not play? I am not talking about the players that have no choice, are all the managers of the teams, the coaches, etc.... are part of this government?? How strong is Jomhoori EslAmi??? Comments: A deal is being negotiated between the West and the East on the future of Iran. It seems that this demonstrates are being used to leverage one side by using people as pawns. People are desperate, angry and frustrated with the regime, the economy and all the rest. All sides are working together to come up with a solution that would benefit their own interests. Reza doesn’t seem to be the chosen one. They are still working on the next leadership. He/she has to be semi popular among people but also fully committed to the powers. They are looking for a regime similar to Saudi or UAE. Not a democracy but one that is stable and follows orders. It could be weeks, months or years before things fall into place. In the meantime, people are being abused by everyone. Regime will kill, torture and imprison them while the rest of the world pretends to care but not do anything other than talk and promise!

Comments: I couldn’t agree more. Bots have gone quiet, I heard a little rumor that Finland shared a list of 200 or so Mossad agents in Iran with IR as retaliation against Greenland shit. They were arrested and their identity was delivered to US n Israel. Not sure how true that is just rumors
Comments: I think the other factor is that social media is full of posts by bots and agents that spread all sorts of shit that serves as a source for all the rest of the idiots to spread. When the boss decides that campaign is over, all those sources go silent and so idiots will not have anything to spread. People who are in Iran with a video and post it will not go very far without a vast network of connections. So, real footage that people took is probably out there and some of it will be widely spread but after some time. To get the word out quickly, you need that vast network which most people do not have.

Turns out IR this time has been effective in monitoring n tracking people. Everyone is scared shitless.
