Comments: It definitely is - there is a saying in military, your best ally on the field is a good distraction. So what does that mean here and how is it applicable to the case of internal mismanagement of Iran resources. Creating a corrupt and chaotic environment where every transaction is dirty allows them to openly and consistently steal while pointing out the corruption or mismanagement in all other transactions. On every existential crisis they have made all the right decisions. It is only the internal management of the country that is screwed up. I am not convinced that this is because of incompetence.
