I am in the icu rotation right now and so is intense. i am learning that there is a lot of truth to the saying that medical school is all bs. u learn all your knowledge in residency. this is very true for me. world of difference between memorizing books and having the practical knowledge.

Comments: I keep hearing about the war and who won and lost. I don’t believe a war like this has any winners or losers! Well, over a 1,000 dead are the losers but we all know that doesn’t matter in a war. Iran lacks defense equipment. No air force to defend the skies against planes or missiles. They had some unexpected results with their offensive rockets but that won’t be enough to stop the enemy to try this again in the future. As far as nuclear program, it could be delayed but never fully stopped by a war. It could only be negotiated. I’m still hopeful that this was the war that would not be repeated soon but hope it a dangerous thing to hold on to.

Comments: During the 12 day mini war we heard a lot about the F35 and how Israel rules the Iranian skies with these planes. But I have yet to see a picture or video clip on any F35 flying over Iran, and that is very unusual in a country where everyone has a phone and ready to capture events. The fact of the matter is no F35 ever flew into Iranian airspace. The war the enemy waged on Iran is the most advanced and super modern war that has every been conducted by mankind. The enemy used their most advanced public and secret weapons and delivery methods in this war. The clip below explains it very well. The surprise in the war is how Iran was able to counter this super advanced war machines with their defensive strategies. The integrated air defense of Iran performed better than the enemy expected which is one of the reasons the enemy asked for a ceasefire only after 12 days. It seems to me Iran does not need any expensive fancy advanced airplanes such as the Chinese J20 to fight distant enemies. DO you think Iran would have been able to fly F35s, if they had them, into Israel and bomb them as effectively as they did with their hypersonics? J20 maybe useful if Iran is to fight Baku or Iraqi Kurdistan but that's another matter. For now they should continue their offensive missile development with heavier payloads and longer range rockets.
