فرهاد مجیدی گزینه ایدئالی است؟سرنوشت برای باشگاه استقلال و فرهاد مجیدی بهطرزی باورنکردنی درحال تکرار است؛ اسطوره سابق استقلال که فصل پیش بعد از جدایی آندرهآ استراماچونی هدایت این تیم را به دست گرفت، حالا درست در همان مقطع از فصل با باشگاه مورد علاقهاش به توافق رسید تا از این به بعد بهجای محمود فکری، هدایت آبیهای پایتخت را در دست داشته باشد. محمود فکری بعد از تساوی برابر مس رفسنجان در هفته شانزدهم رقابتهای لیگ برتر از کار در باشگاه استقلال استعفا داد تا بعد از قریب به 48 ساعت، فرهاد مجیدی بهعنوان سرمربی جدید استقلال معرفی شود. اگرچه پیش از این شایعات زیادی به راه افتاده بود که مدیریت استقلال مدتها قبل با مجیدی برای جانشینی فکری توافق کرده بودند ولی خبر رسمی این همکاری تا عصر روز گذشته منتشر نشد.
از زمانی که شایعه شد قرار است فرهاد مجیدی بهجای محمود فکری را بگیرد، همواره این سؤال بین هواداران استقلال مطرح شده که آیا او گزینه خوبی برای هدایت این باشگاه هست یا خیر؟ عدهای با مطرحکردن اختلافات مدیریتی فصل پیش، فرهاد را گزینهای خوب میدانند و عدهای دیگر هم با توجه به امتیازاتی که فصل پیش گرفته، او را گزینه مناسبی برای استقلال قلمداد نمیکنند. ماجرا از این قرار است که مجیدی فصل پیش هم مثل این فصل، در هفته شانزدهم به نیمکت استقلال رسید. در آن زمان، فاصله استقلال و پرسپولیس در صدر جدول پنج امتیاز بود و استقلالیها امید زیادی داشتند با ادامه روند خوب دوران استراماچونی، بتوانند این فاصله را جبران کنند و به قهرمانی برسند. هدفی که به سرانجام نرسید و پرسپولیس با اختلافی 14امتیازی نسبت به استقلال، قهرمانی لیگ برتر را به دست آورد؛ اما درحالحاضر استقلالیها منتظرند با ورود مجیدی، بتوانند فاصله ششامتیازی با پرسپولیس را جبران کنند و پس از هشت سال، قهرمان لیگ برتر شوند. اگر چنین اتفاقی رخ دهد که محبوبیت مجیدی نزد هواداران استقلال از پیش هم بیشتر میشود، وگرنه بعید است دیگر فرصت زیادی در اختیار او گذاشته شود یا اینکه دوباره خیلی زود در فهرست سرمربیان بعدی استقلال قرار بگیرد. بهویژه اینکه هواداران استقلال بهخوبی از کارنامه فصل پیش مجیدی در لیگ آگاه هستند و در مقایسه آن کارنامه با محمود فکری به این نتیجه رسیدهاند که فرهاد تفاوتی با محمود ندارد. فصل پیش فرهاد مجیدی با میانگین 1.71 امتیاز از 14 بازی با شش برد، شش مساوی و دو باخت، کارنامه موفقتری نسبت به فکری نداشته است و تقریبا مشابه عملکرد کنونی فکری در استقلال بوده است.

به گزارش همشهری آنلاین نیمکت نشینی مهدی طارمی برابر براگا برای پورتو گران تمام شد. پورتو و براگا چهارشنبه شب دیدار برگشت نیمه نهایی جام حذفی پرتغال را برگزار کردند که میزبان به همراه مهدی طارمی ۳ بر ۲ شکست خورد و از صعود به فینال بازماند. این در حالی بود که سرجیو کونسیسائو در این بازی مهدی طارمی را نیمکت نشین کرده بود و وقتی کار ازکار گذشت اورا وارد زمین کرد. آبل روئیس در دقایق نخست بازی دروازه پورتو را باز کرد. او در دقیقه ۱۴ توانست دبل کند تا شرایط برای میزبان دشوار شود. پس از آن مهدی طارمی و سانوسی وارد زمین شدند. با این حال براگا گل دیگری را به ثمر رساند. لوکاس پیاسون در دقیقه ۲۸ نتیجه را ۳ بر صفر کرد. لحظاتی بعد اوتاویو توانست یکی از گل ها را جبران کند. در نیمه دوم هم مارگا گلزنی کرد اما این دو گل برای جبران تساوی یک بر یک در بازی رفت کافی نبود و پورتو نتوانست فینالیست شود.

Overall the collective leadership of our neighborhood is maddeningly NOT GOOD in dealing with the western influence except a few moments of unity.
When we talk about western influence it needs to be defined what we really mean by that. My definition in this particular instance is political. Otherwise I would welcome the industrial, scientific and peaceful influences. A balance in give or take. This latter point seems that never happened and it's a wishful thinking that it will ever happen so long as the age of colonialism continues. So long as the west does not change it's views.

Faramarz khan, very eye opening stuff on Iran and West.
About Chomsky, I read his piece. And you analyzed it perfectly. He talked about emergence of the third party but astonishingly he claims it is not by Trump. He says with emergence of the left on the Democratic Party side, and with emergence of Trumper on the GOP side, he see the new party as coalition of the old school traditional democrats and conservative republicans like Biden and Romney, or as Trumpers call it the establishment or swamp. He sees this new coalition to be very strong and the idea of this new party has started already with never Trumper Republican Lincoln Project and moderate Democrats since 2018 and this coalition had a strong influence in the outcome of this election by fighting it hard against Trumpers. Chomsky sees the next fight of this coalition to be against far left and against the likes of AOC and Ilhan. He goes on to say the coalition is extremely anti Russia and China and is trying to rejuvenate US Imperialism, power and presence in the globe.

No only I think that the west accommodated and supported the revolution, but also IMO they had a plan B- Shah's illness. I do not have any proof for this, I believe that his cancer was an induced disease for the eventuality that the revolution may not succeed.

Yes, I think here are many points to be discussed. One thing that many people do in their analysis is to ignore the time factor. Shah is a good example, and if you look at the relationship that the US had with Iran is another one.
Shah, started as a pawn or a leaf in a stream of water. He was too young and too inexperienced to have any say in what was happening during Mossadegh era, and so started really as an installed puppet by those who removed his father! They then moved to establish and infiltrate into some key organizations like the Savak and military. As it was observed during the year prior the revolution, Shah was really not in control of his own military or Savak. Heizer shows up and tells he military not to do a coupe and they say, okay! :)
But Shah, himself went through and evolution throughout the years. He went from a puppet, to an independent minded follower of the west, and all the way then to a tyrant (as far as the west was concerned)-not because his Savak was harsh on people, but because he had started taking aim at the American and British interests. His talk in Aljazireh Opek conference (the second video I posted) really dictated how Opek was going to deal with the west. And everyone in Opek either listened to him because of agreement or fear. This then was a very dangerous Mohammad Reza Shah to the west. In my opinion, when in 1976 he was screaming that he was not going to renew oil contracts with the western companies, he became not only dangerous to western interest in Iran but the whole region.

Faramarz I agree no say on the revolution and the war. I'd say that would be the topic of the next video hopefully.
There are a lot of points to be questioned and debated. So my take on the american foot print in our lives and the country is that it was the Shah who got them there. Although the Americans were there before our invutation. Then we turn out to be wanting them out.;-) writing on the cell phone is hard.
So if we were Sadum what would we have done in reaction to Iran's slogans? But off course it would not be bombung their cities.

In Next election, dems are going to have a second problem on their hands in addition to the large grassroots that disagrees with the party. This is the fact that Biden did not win because people voted for him. He won because people voted against Trump. In four years' time, with the short american memory, less people will want to vote against Trump. So, dems are, once again, going to wonder how are they going to win. It'll be a tossup, if everything stays as is.

I agree with Chomsky. I think the four newly elected reps are a major challenge to democrats not because there are a lot of them,but because there is a lot of grassroot behind them that dems cannot follow. This too is a splitting force in the democratic party.
Since Clinton, the wife, and especially now with Biden, Dems, instead of having an identity of their own, have become the antichrist. They are everything not trump. But that defines everything under the sun. Dems have become like Hezb rastAkhiz!
