Comments: Former head coach of Iran complained | Queiroz's strange request to the Egyptians after the great failure Former Iranian coach Carlos Queiroz resigned as coach of the Pharaohs last week after Egypt failed against Senegal and failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup. However, the officials of the Egyptian Football Federation and the Minister of Sports of this country supported Queiroz and want to extend the contract of the Portuguese coach. In this regard, the Egyptian "Al-Youm News" website reported the strange request of Carlos Queiroz to continue cooperation with the Egyptian federation, despite the failure to reach the 2022 World Cup. The Egyptian media wrote: Carlos Queiroz leaked news of his salary slip before the African Cup of Nations and complained to the media about the officials of the Egyptian Football Federation. That is why the former head coach of Iran has set a condition for the Egyptian federation to extend his contract. Queiroz's monthly salary in the Egyptian national team is $ 70,000, but the Portuguese coach has asked for an increase in his salary despite failing to qualify for the World Cup. According to reports from Egypt, Queiroz asked for a monthly salary of $ 120,000 to extend and continue working with the Pharaohs. It remains to be seen how the officials of the Egyptian federation will react to the strange request of the Portuguese coach.
Comments: Familiarity with Iran's possible opponent in the Qatar World Cup The dragon enters after the head coach moral scandal? Meet Iran's opponent in the Qatar World Cup America with an Iranian coach and a player who is more popular than Ronaldo and Messi! The honor of coaching the Wales national team has now been taken away from the Manchester legend due to Ryan Giggs' never-ending scandal over numerous moral scandals and given to his assistant, Rob Page, who was neither a famous player nor a coach. Page is 47 years old. Other notable players on the team include Wayne Hennessy, who has 100 caps and plays for Burnley. Or Harry Wilson, who is a phenomenon in British football these days and has caught the eye at Fulham. Gunter, who has the most national games, is a member of the Charlton team. Former Tottenham player Ben Davis and current Tottenham player Joe Raden are other members of the Wales national team. Neko Williams has also recently moved from Liverpool to Fulham.
Comments: Good morning Gentlemen, Branco's full support for Skucic / Iran havec ambition for Qatar World Cup
Comments: DR Strangemoosh, Well spoken, my friend. you touched basis on everything we have come to learn about this coach during the past few months, and you did it very eloquently. CQ effectively built a foundation of our today's team, during the 7+ years he took the helm. I know expecting him to be back on our side, is mostly wishful thinking, but I too believe that is our only hope of getting out of group stage. And our other doostan, Keefer, Faramarz, Zinsky, KAmkAr, Hamvattan, rashti and others agree as well. At the end, CQ was living in the middle of a very toxic environment in IRAN, and leaving was the only choice he had, and I do not blame him. So, in order to bring him back, we have to be cognizant of that fact, and reassure him that things will be different this time. I also agree with you that our team needs someone they can trust and respect. There are already a lot of bad feelings between some of the players and this coach. That is NOT going to go away. There is only one solution and very little time to implement it. We cannot wait three more months to bring CQ (or someone like him) over; there will be no time for him to do any good and make a difference.
Comments: Cross our fingers. Hopefully things might happen.
Comments: Hey doc very well said and concluded. Shahryar, Faramarz and others have alluded to these facts for a while but good to hear more supportive observations. Thanks for the post.
Comments: I just watched the rest of the interview and holy shit he is got to go!! This could be the worst ass whipping we will get at a World Cup! He is way out of his league! Miles away! I don't wanna lose 5-0 to likes of England after such good/respectable performances we had in the last 2 world cups under My boy Carlos Queiroz. We should be still so thankful of his amazing 8 years of service and building such promising squad that is in its prime and having this clown as a head coach is for one embarrassing and for two it can ruin our certain chance of progressing to second round. If we keep this guy we will maybe tie whatever 4 team is and most likely lose to US and get destroyed by England. We need a coach whom our players will look up to and respect. It does not have to be first class coach like Carlos Queiroz, however a coach with respectable resume who has experience coaching in big European leagues. Someone who is still motivated and hungry! Or at the least even appointing likes of Nekounam, Daei, or Hashemian who have all played in big leagues with great to good resumes. All well educated and somewhat of a legend in TM who players respect and believe in. I can't imagine likes of Azmoun or Taremi putting up with this shekam gondeh's annoying comments and lack of football tactics much longer.
Comments: I can guarantee Japan and Korea will play few European countries as preparation for WC.
Comments: I just watched some parts of Skocic's interview on Football Bartar and to me he definitely comes off as delusional and a bit arrogant. He speaks as he himself has built this team from ground up for one, and secondly he does not like to be criticized one bit!! He wouldnt let Meisaghi finish his sentences and kept cutting him off in the middle of him asking questions about the Korea game. He most definitely is NOT taking any blames for this loss and blaming to other factors. I don't know guys maybe I am wrong, but as I remember we played like shit and were dominated most of the game. We were bunch of headless chickens with absolute no defense or offense tactics. As whole I think he has done a great job helping the team mentally after that disaster Belgium dude and almost getting knocked out of qualifiers, but I do not believe he is tactically capable of playing big teams, especially in World Cup level. This is our golden opportunity to try and advance to second round and I wanna see this in my life time. We cannot have another 2006 or 1998 world cup.... such amazing team but disaster of choice of coach. We have to beat the US team and I am so nervous about having Skocic has our head coach... I hope they replace him ASAP. Shake his hands thank him for his service and send him on his way back to IPL or qatari/UAE clubs.
Comments: Sorry my bad! Miss read the statement
Comments: "Spain or Portugal (They may want to play us because they are facing Japan and Korea)" Shahryar jan. Why wouldnt they? If they are playing them two especially they need us to tell them about Asian sides.
Comments: In my dream world (which will not happen), Iran will have the following friendlies, in preparation for this years World Cup: 1) Canada or Costa Rica; 2) Ireland, or North Ireland, Scotland (if Wales qualifies, and vice versa); 3) Spain or Portugal (They may want to play us because they are facing Japan and Korea); 4) Mexico 5) France If we can get 4 out of 5 friendlies (above), I will be very happy. our coach may be able to pull two friendlies, at most. CQ can get 4 scheduled for us.
Comments: Emir of Qatar travels to Tehran Sending a delegation from Doha to Iran regarding the use of Kish Island in the World Cup The Emir of Qatar noted: Regarding the cooperation between the two countries in holding the competitions, the Minister of Roads of Qatar will soon meet and discuss with his counterpart on Kish Island.
Comments: "We have received offers from other teams for friendly matches." Skucic
Comments: End of TM coaches' contract / Skocic's important request from the federation Following the 2022 World Cup qualifiers in Qatar, the contract of Dragan Skucic's assistants with the IFF has expired and the national team coach wants to address this issue. "The most important issue is the termination of the contracts of all my assistants, and this issue must be resolved," Skocic told the Premier Football Program. According to talks, the federation will resolve this issue in the coming days.

Comments: Things are NOT as you have been hearing about the Ukraine-Russia war. Do not forget that the first casualty of war is the truth...; it has always been the case, and it will always remain that way. The truth is the first thing mascaraed during the war. The facts are altered to serve their purpose. The one with the bigger and better propaganda machine is usually the winner.
Comments: Taremi played 20 minutes at the end of the game. I didn’t see the game. No score for him.
Comments: to imposter, Ali Daei is NOT the right coach for TM.
Comments: The coaching issue is NOT about having a nice guy around, but a competent coach. No doubt this is a good man and helped us get where we are now. But his task is complete. We need someone else for the upcoming phase. I am a nice guy too, but I am not qualified to coach IRAN in the World Cup, and preparing them to advance to the next round. |
