Comments: My 2 cents on the recent discussion from a different angle. Some of us old-timers on all 3 IFPs are known people to others. We've used the same either real names like Faramarz, Tourang, Farzad, etc... Some, such as myself,Gorbi, and Coke have chosen a handle name. By now most people know who we are. Sometimes I feel like the friends who are having a heated discussion right now could be some old friends with new handles.

Comments: Keefer khan I do my share of helping people. I mean I don't know what evidence you want to see. But I do help people. I do it when I go to iran and I have even been sponsoring some of the gifted ones who wanted to get out to come here and two of them are at Johns Hopkins now. About couples getting married and getting loans before anything I expose and condemn Soleimani's daughter going to Lebanon and spending $2 million dollars of beitolmal so that Hezbollah people can do seegheh. This is no rumor she actually on Tv mentioned that she is doing that. That $2M is needed for our people more than Hezbollah. Again, why are you getting personal and asking me all these personal questions? I thought you wanted to avoid that.

But we cannot discuss on one particular topic (Iran) without looking at the whole thing. Like discussing NRA in this country and gun control. It is simple and no brainer but once you get to the details of it one can see that why nothing happens. Even now that the President, the house, and the senate are all democrats why a reform cannot happen? They always preach about it before election. That is when we understand that we cannot just talk about this topic without understanding the peripheral.

Comments: Keefer khan you are the one making this personal. What mochgiri. Mochgiri is when you say something but do different thing. Here very obviously you insulted Baha'i. And very obviously you want to overlook what is happening to the poor people. You lightly just say "oh yeah they are in pain, but let's not get bogged down with people, look over here". How can we overlook people suffering and keep talking about prosperous iran. Anyways. What is important for me is prosperity of the noble people of iran. The past 43 years only brought misery to these people. And no it was not the west. Actually west supported these guys but then after the thugs taking over the American embassy everything went south. People of iran have been oppressed by this regime throughout the past 43 years and have to search garbage cans for food. And as Zarif said we like to live like this. Comments: Keefer khan with all due respect did you just insult Bahaiis and calling them "Son of Zions"? Did you know this is the same label islamic regime gave to our Kurd minorities. We have many Baha'i scholars in iran and abroad who are purely Iranian and very decent people and helped humanity in all levels. Do you not have any Baha'i acquaintances? Son of Zions??!! WOW!

At least I go read, hear and find answer from the other side and bring their answers to you. What have you offered? Repeating everything from false news to rumors, is it(?) to whether or not I believe in khamenh. I was not in Iran to see them guys in and have suffered from both sides and do not have the need to tell you any of it here. I am only pro Iran and you can take that to the bank. I am sure a lot of atrocities happened and is happening. I mentioned that these guys are composed of factions. Some don’t even follow the khamenh guy. You ask me, I say they need to go back to Hozeh, but would they? No. Your fight should be there in the front, not here behind keyboard against me. And I? Comments: Keefer khan, again there are many regimes that put an ideology in front but behind the scene they are fully corrupted (like the old soviet, like Romania, and....). As long as you do not want to accept that those running our country are bunch of corrupted mafia type people, who are only looking at filling their own pockets, making our natural resources like mes or gold their own, make our natural resources like our khAk or forests their own, there isn't really much to talk about, because non of these are for betterment of the people. look at what they do with forced (torture) confessions. look at what they are doing with Hejab Ejbari, look at what they are doing to kurds. look at what they are doing with Bahaii people. They have Shia' ideology? why don't they condemn China killing / isolating / torturing over 2 million Chinese Muslims? NO they are not into ideaolgy or anything, they are bunch of criminals who will do anything, anything (even selling part of the country) for their benefits. These same people who are doing all of the crimes above are also making political decisions for the whole country. The question is really on you. Is Khamenei on a right track for betterment of Iran? Is he the right leader?
Comments: I go with BS on the news as well. Russia would not sell Iran their most advanced satellite. What they are selling is probably older version! They could just launch as many satellites as they want. If Russia is in so much trouble financially that they need Iran to finance their satellite launch, They will be dead soon!!! Either way, its funny how the news becomes political right away.
Comments: Doostan, a couple of questions keeps popping up in our conversations, one, why Iran moving toward East and the other one, what our share of Caspian sea was, is and should be. Sorna Chegini, comes from within the Nezam of IRI. This system in place has a rainbow of ideological beliefs, within the frame of Shia Islam, and in practice. Not all factions are the same. PLEASE listen to his argument in this video, if not the whole thing, but start from minute 37.I am not pro anything in here, but do like a descent argument without being dogmatic, let’s not name call each other. I find it to be healthy to discuss issues amongst ourselves, and sometimes even agree to disagree without name calling. It is expected of us, living outside of Iran, to be fair to each other since we are not under the pressure that our resident hamvatans are, in dealing with the daily shortcomings.
