Comments: Wow 10+ Persian restaurants is a lot more than I remember! I wish we had good quality food as well. We only have expensive food. The $50/soltAni is better than the rest but still leaves much to be desired!

Comments: I don’t know how many Iranians live in Boston metro area. I’m guessing less than 10-15 thousands. There are 4 or so groceries which are basically a reseller for CA and Vancouver stores plus 50% markups. Strange enough, there are possibly 10+ Persian restaurants. I wish they would get together, reduce the number to 3-4 but bring the quality higher. Soltani is about $35 or so. I wouldn’t mind paying more for better food but…
Comments: Persian food has gone south here. There is nothing good. There is only Bandar, but there you have to pay > $50 for a soltAni. For the past two days I have been taking my guests to Irvine for Persian food! Boston though is even worse, in terms of variety of persian restaurants, but LALeh Rokh, used to be good. I hope it has stayed the same.
Comments: I love Boston. Food, culture and nature are amazing. Weather, traffic and costs are not so much!!! Food/restaurants are plenty here. Unfortunately, Persian food is not as good or any good here. Mexican food is also not as good but seafood, Italian, Chinese and other ones are great.
Comments: I would estimate that we get may be 1-2 inches of rain per year. 11 inches is a surprise to me! I hope things change so that we get more rain. Getting dryer is insane! The other thing those stats do not tell you is that during those sunny days in San Diego, you will burn like crazy, even in the middle of winter. But this is not the case in Boston.
