If there is a mistaken identity in someone's mind (which I am sure they mean well), I hope that gets resolved in people's mind. And if not, I wish for everyone to remain respectful. I have adopted the policy of ignoring any accusations that are made, and it has worked well, in my opinion. Comments: Speaking of the TM roster argument, I wonder how many of the current guys will be around for the 2026. Comments: Faramarz, I think you have a very good point regarding the TM that CQ inherit. But I think that is Ok; We need that maturity. Most of our players are not like Taremi who play in the highest caliber teams in Europe and our younger ones just do not have the experience required for World Cup. So we need to by definition take older players to World Cup to have a chance. With couple of more reserve players and 5 substitutes, we can manage the fatigue factor a lot better.
Comments: So Australia refuses to travel to Iran and play WC basketball qualification. A game they would have won for sure and eliminated Iran. Comments: I think one of the distinct weaknesses in this world cup as compared to the last two is that in the last two, CQ had time to look around and invite a bunch of younger layers who had a lot of motivation and energy. This time around, he has basically taken a team from Skocic that was mostly CQ's team of four years ago. Skocic did not much of a scouting or young blood infusion. So, we now have a pretty old squad!
