Japan is a damn shame because they are in this position because their idiot coach decided to rest their starting lineup against Costa Rica. Otherwise, they would have been in a sure advance position right now. Germany on the other hand have a good possibility to advance at the grace of the moron Japanese coach. If we ignore these two, the obvious under performance lies in North America with its top team getting eliminated after just two games, Costa Rica is almost certainly going to get eliminated at the hands of the Germans, and the faith of Mexico and US is thinly on balance for now!
