Comments: Is this enough? I don’t think so Iran has abolished the morality police, according to remarks by the attorney general carried on state media, following months of protests set off by the death of a young woman who was being held by the force for supposedly violating the country’s strict Islamic dress laws. The decision, reported by state news outlets late Saturday night, appeared to be a significant victory for feminists who have sought for years to dismantle the force and for the protest movement ignited by the death of the young woman, Mahsa Amini, 22, in September in the custody of the morality police. The unrest has amounted to one of the biggest challenges in decades to Iran’s system of authoritarian clerical rule and the decision to scrap the morality police was the government’s first major concession to the protesters. The morality police “was abolished by the same authorities who installed it,” Attorney General Mohammad Javad Montazeri said in remarks during a meeting on Saturday where officials were discussing the unrest, according to state media reports. But he went on to suggest that the judiciary would still enforce restrictions on “social behavior.” On Thursday, the attorney general said that the authorities were reviewing the country’s head scarf regulations and would issue a decision within 15 days.
Comments: Yeeeees!!! Parviz didn’t get the full 6 points. I’m so happy 😜🤪🤩
Comments: God damn Parviz!!! 3-0
Comments: For my prediction sake, they should stop the game at 2-0!!!
Comments: France 1-0 Poland HT
Comments: Today is the day that either Parviz gets taken down or secures his place with much better delta! Go England! Help take Parviz down…
Comments: There are lots of talk and analysis about Iran’s performance in this WC. Blames are coming from everyone/everywhere. I am no expert nor I play one on TV but come on!!! Did we really expect this team under this amount of pressure, under this regime to do any better? As usual, we took bunch of semi talented players without preparation to the games. They might have done a little better if not for all the booing and be sharaf and worrying about their families and friends back home. Playing and winning “consistently” in any WC requires so much more than we ever provide the players. We live a dream that always turns into a nightmare…
Comments: Let’s be honest, Parviz is the name of the super computer Faramarz uses in his lab for statistical analysis. He uses the computer to predict the games every 4 years…
Comments: Down with Parviz!
Comments: France 2 - 0 Poland England 2 - 1 Senegal
Comments: ![]() I did him even worse. I reminded him that we owed him money for the last world cup and that we will never give him his money.
Comments: Parviz has been on fire; but there are others that have been hot also. Zinsky and Daryuish and even Faramarz are very close to the leader. Having said that, all I need is an address for Parviz and he is done; all our worries are over!!! lol
Comments: Thanks Rashti; I got your predictions. I still need yours: - LOL - HAMVATAN
Comments: Day 13 was nasty to everyone, except for Parviz! How is this possible!?
Comments: Shahryar jAn, I told Parviz that he is pissing off a whole lot of people and he should stop whatever it is that he is doing. He says he cannot stop being good! Someone please beat him!!!

Comments: I do not think england is a giant. They haven't been since 1966. I think they are an average team. If they play an open game, the Dutch team that played today will beat them. IMO they still need to prove that they are a giant. The giants of this tournament in My opinion: Brazil, France, Spain, and Germany (only because of their history), and Argentina (only because of their history).
