There is no doubt in my mind that they care. In the political circles, these things are discussed all the time, and the moment an Iranian delegate shows up, everyone knows what happened and they cannot hide it. this news travels home also and consequences will happen.

Zinsky jan, at this point people don't care about what IRI thinks or cares about. It will embolden the opposition (specially the ones putting their lives on the line) to fight more vigorously. Next step is for EU countries to kick out IRI diplomats and isolate them even more.
