Comments: Shahryar, Based on what I hear from friends and family back home, this is a slow but consistent process. People can’t afford to keep quiet. It might have started as a basic woman/human rights movement but the biggest problem is the economical issues that are killing people. The cost of living has pushed many to poverty. Average household can’t afford to live a very basic way. The whole fabric of society is in shambles. Arresting, torturing and killing people won’t stop this movement. People have nothing to lose. I’m afraid this will lead to one of the bloodiest moments in coming days, months or even years. This is not going away easily. Lots of pain and suffering is coming. God help the young generation in Iran.
