Comments: Faramarz thanks for posting Jahanbakhsh and Ferdosipour interview. So brave of them. They practically exposed this doomed regime and implied how anti Iranian people the regime is and what the regime did to create a conflict and divide people. Forcing the players to sing the anthem and not allowing them to freely express their feelings. Thanks again for posting this with the hope of fall of this inhumane regime, the number one enemy of people of iran, specially the brave women of Iran. Do you know when part 2 will be out?

Comments: Faramarz khan as Chomsky said it flat out. China's economical growth is dependent on the US and will not go anywhere without US partnership. And we know that SA is fully dependent on USA not only economically but the whole security protection alliance which the two countries have. Do not feel sorry for USA for one second thinking that they are no longer evil. Every two or three decades they change course. This is about isolating Russia. And China is playing the game. I do not trust China and I do not trust USA. For sure I do not trust Saudi Arabia. China and USA are big time partners. China and Israel are about to announce a big economic pact. How can that be?
Comments: Nimche, I guess the question is whether SA will move closer to Iran-China-Russia, or Iran and China are moving closer to SA-US-Israel in disregard of Iran's ties with Russia and China's disregard of its own feud with the US over Taiwan and many other things. I see the latter much less likely. But the former has some sanity checks in place.
Comments: The Israeli puppet National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan In remarks on March 13, 2023: “With respect to the recent understanding that was reached between Iran and Saudi Arabia and Beijing, as John Kirby said on Friday, this is something that we think is a positive, insofar as it promotes a goal the United States has been promoting in the region, which is de-escalation, a reduction in tensions. That’s a good thing. “We were in close touch with Saudi Arabia as they were approaching and engaging in those talks. And they were keeping us apprised of their progress along the way. So, from our perspective, even as we put a lot of muscle into — diplomatic muscle into trying to help promote de-escalation, as with the Yemen truce, having other countries like China promote de-escalation is not fundamentally averse to U.S. interests. Frankly, it’s, in a way, rowing in the same direction. “We’re not in a position, of course, to be a mediator between Saudi Arabia and Iran, given our relationship with those two countries. We never have been and we aren’t today in such a position.”
Comments: Guys don't be fooled with what the Sky News or other mainstream reports. China's number one trade partner is the USA. Same is true for Saudi. In Chomsky's latest interview he sees this Iran Saudi deal a USA initiative with Jake Sullivan as the main driver to strengthen Israeli presence in the gulf. He also revealed that Xi's latest trip to see Putin was to tell Putin there is not much I can do. He called this action of Xi a betrayal to Putin. He called this behind the scene initiatives of US evil and a dark scheme of US imperialism and goes on to say that Biden's next move before the 2024 election is to make Saudi to join the Abrahams Accord.
Comments: I think Ferdosipour's new show is his best work. https://youtu.be/Oq-qpLRtLZ4
Comments: Zinsky, the thing is that right now, US has most of the world economy on some form of sanctions. This is ridiculous. The combination of Chinese and Russian economies are huge. China is not directly under sanctions, but with global supremecy bullshit, they are pushing China into Russia's arms. Add to that an oil rich country, and now technologically not that naive, to the mix and the prospect of Saudi Arabia and OPEC as a consequence, you will not have much left for the US. European economy is huge, but they have always proven to be the freeloaders riding on the US' back. Like the long time whores that they are, they will go with whoever who pays more. They have already shifted much of their economy towards China. So, Europe isn't going to come to US' rescue if this interdependence with China continues to grow. United States is now in a defacto state of economic war with much of the world. Not good for us or our children.

Comments: Faramarz, Very true. Too much of anything is too much! Sanctions might have worked for countries like Cuba but even Cuba didn’t fold as America wanted. When America uses two main weapons they have (war & sanctions) without long term planning, it will backfire. Mainly the citizens suffer but the government will find a way to deal with it. |
