Comments: Yes, that is what I figure. Do you have the ability to reprogram the scheduling through the app? I can see that depending on the usage and time of the year, I will want to store/sell more or less.
Comments: In all honesty, it would take a whole year to get a good understanding of your system, usage and the rest. I would just monitor the system and take notes. The app is very useful. I’m getting lots of information about the usage of various appliances. You can download the information from the app and create an excel file if you are a nerd like me!!!

The rest of the time, I will charge the battery and the usage from the panel during the day. When I am not running A/C this should be doable but in summer time, I am not sure.

I think I will have the ability to sell directly from the panels or the battery. They did not offer this option which I assume it means that I can either. I’m not sure how much excess power you are going to make. Depending on that and your battery storage, you can adjust your usage to get the best deal. Do you have the option to move usage from battery to solar and back?

Comments: Faramarz, I don't have storage/battery. If you have the choice, you want the battery fully charged before selling the rest. We have had weeks of sunny and warmer than usual weather here. My meter went negative last week and going lower as we speak. Every utility is different. Mine will send a check each quarter for access power. I believe they will look at 3 months and calculate the amount.
