Comments: Reza, what you said was mostly true up to 5 years ago when the last CEO (Pat Gelsinger) came onboard. He started many technology initiatives in fab technology (14A, 18A, and some packaging innovations), next generation computing architectures (Quantum, Photonics) and inter-connect technologies (UCIe). Many of these take years to get to production. There main problem was bureaucracy. Too many levels of management to make quick decisions. This new CEO solved that. But still it is work in progress as they have to get rid of their (or spin-off) some of their BUs such as networking. I am not saying that they are running on all cylinders but the stock price is a reflection what to expect 3-4 years down the road. On US Gov. involvement, they just turned the loan from Biden era to equity and I bet you that the Orange Buffon's family and friends bought some INTC before announcement.

Then they lost the law suit n were forced to buy the whole company. Since then. The company stagnated so much that AMD caught up. Comments: Reza, here are my thoughts on Intel breaking out. I worked there for the last 5 years and saw the internal transformations taking place. I always thought they were making the right directional choices but the last CEO was trying to implement all of the capital incentive endeavors at the same time. Basically, carrying too many watermelons with one hand! The new CEO trimmed the scope and worked on collaboration with US Gov and other players (NVIDIA) as partners going forward. Also what helped was the AI market evolving (see more of my thoughts below). I have RSUs and ESPP shares in mid 40's and 30's that I have kept in hope of supplementing my retirement. My conviction was very high when it reached 20 and below but too chicken to jump in. With the first sign of revenue improvement, the upward momentum has started but with every partnership or venture announcement the jump is amplified and I believe it will continue because of its unique position and CPU leader with its own fab. New Agentic AI trend now has more deployment on CPU rather than GPU making Intel and AMD the big AI players. The thought is that the CPU:GPU ratio will go from 1:4 to 1:1 in about a year and to 4:1 in about 2 years for overall AI market. GPU sales will grow for Data Centers and NVIDIA is going to be the #1 player for a long time. CPUs will be closer to the autonomous and application (edge) AI agents. Intel has advantage of in-house Fab and is ramping up build out the added capacity and production for CPUs as it cannot produce fast enough. AMD is in queue at TSMC along with others and is competing with NVIDIA, Apple, ... for % of capacity. Also Intel is striking fab deals with Tesla, Apple, NVDIA, MSFT, … which adds and accelerates the fab revenue stream many folds from where it is today. It is going up by promise of 2 years down the road for revenue to show up. I think at that time it is going to be at least a $2T company (40% of NVDA value of today) ~ +$400 per share Just my observations on both the technical AI paradigm shift and business outlook of AI growth and Si manufacturing growth.
