For almost 1/2 century they have been subjected to just about everything imaginable and most, if not all, are horrible. From revolution to 8 years of war to costs going higher and higher almost nonstop. Sanctions, not be able to travel abroad, to being called terrorists and … The past year has been even worse. With all that, they still do what they can to live a decent life. They have kept the celebrations for Nowruz to weddings and birthdays. They still go out and enjoy what is left to celebrate. That is one thing the west never understood. These people have been through hell and still going. All these pains made them stronger and stronger. They might not have much but they have families and love for their country and culture.
