Comments: I read an estimate that said it would cost Chevron close to $2 Billion to start processing the heavy crude out of Venezuela, meanwhile Canada is providing the same output with an already in place infrastructure. Chevron has politely declined further investment in Venezuela as their model predicted it will take them almost 15 years to recoup the original investment. Without US government help they said it would be against shareholders interest 😜

No player inside Iran has said that yet. On the other news, there are rumors that FIFA is considering boycotting Iran from the WC.
