Comments: My apologies to doostan. I do not know who is real and who is not here. I just focus on topics and answer questions that are asked of me. I do not mean or wish to offend anyone. Frankly, I am not certain why some people wish to pretend they are someone else. In regards to current TM coach, I do not consider GN even an OK coach. You do not air your dirty laundry in front of everyone, as he did after the Japan win with Sardar. It shows how weak one person is. They cannot take care of the matter the proper way, and try to make a point in front of camera when the other person cannot really respond. very pathetic and poor example for a "man", let alone a coach.
Comments: Fake Realist get a life. Zinsky I support the coach no matter what. GN is an ok coach on the field, it is his off the field comments which is a problem. Shahryar, yes Queiroz did put his marks on Iranian football and no one with football knowledge argues that.
Comments: I don’t like GN as a person. I don’t think he is the best coach for TM either. He has one of the best records in our league. His international record is average at best. With all that in mind, he is currently the head coach. I’ll support him until the end of this tournament. After this, I hope they find a better coach.

Comments: Realist, It is very difficult to compare coaches by how their respective teams fared against a particular opponent. For example, saying the CQ's TM lost to Japan 4 years ago and GN's team won last week, it is trying to simplify matters that should not be simplified. There are simply too many variables involved for any realistic comparison. The team make up is so different from the opponent side; the timing is different and so is the dynamics of the situation. I realize the tendency is to do so, but it should only be for casual conversation and not for serious decision makings. What is clear, which cannot be argued is that CQ brought our team to a new era, introduced them to critical thinking on the field. No one had ever did that with TM prior to CQ, nor has anyone did it since then. Whatever on-the-field strategy you see with our TM these days, is because of CQ. Now, it doesn't mean he is perfect. He made some mistakes as well, but no one has done as much for TM than CQ. If someone wants to argue that, I can only assume they have very limited knowledge about this game. CQ brought class and depth into our team for the first time. That is probably the primary reason the payers loved him so much and still do. I just saw a short clip of GN and Sardar after the game, GN made a huge jab at Sardar in front of millions of Iranians. This coach has no integrity or class. Frankly, it is embarrassing to listen to him. I have zero respect for him, for his coaching abilities or strategies on the field (mostly, lack of them).

Comments: Agha Faramarz I remember that. It was after a tie. We had some suspecious calls and no calls against us in a series of games. I love Daei's attitude. He basically told people to stop wining and instead play so well that the ref cannot dismiss all the goals. Daei is like the northern star in our football. you can always go in his direction and be on the right side of things!

I remember when everyone was complaining about refs being biased toward arabs, Daei was saying that we should then play in a way that they have no choice but declaring us the winners. Against Japan we did that even though the ref did not call a few things for us including a legitimate goal and two other PKs.
