Comments: Agha Reza, I’m not sure about airport. Getting SIM card is not too complicated if you have your card Meli and shenasnameh. I walked to the “Hamrahe Aval” store and got a SIM card in about 1/2 hour. Most phones should work fine but iPhone 13 or higher will not work easily. All phones need to be registered but they give you a month to do so. If you don’t care to use the same phone, don’t worry about that. Biggest hurdle was the ATM card. Cash is a problem with most places. I am using my mother’s ATM card for the time being. I don’t have a bank account so can’t get a card. I just transferred money to the card and have been using it since I’ve been here. You don’t need to go to a bank for money transfer. It can be done online. I don’t know about buying a phone here. I believe they are more expensive. I would bring an old phone you might have. I brought a iPhone 11 and it worked fine. I reset it back in America and brought it here as factory reset. I’m lucky to have a big family here. They help out with any issues.
