Comments: Good morning everyone. Finally, back at home. We had a lot more excitement in our trip than expected. But it all went well. Through all that we went through, I have to say that Lufthansa staff in Tehran, and in general staff of any airline are so much more competent than anyone you find here. They fully understand the system they work with, how to fix things and how to find/predict problems. Here, there are no airline staff and when you call the support line some idiot answers and starts reading from pre-decided responses. I called from Iran to the US number and the support was horrible. One trip to the local Lufthansa office fixed everything in half an hour. The most stressful part of the trip was actually having to deal with american customer service.  What has happened to this country? Lufthansa staff in Tehran even booked out train ticket our of Iran. Super helpful. After that we were able to enjoy our trip.

Comments: This is basically the excuse of the day. IRI is worse!!! No one can do no wrong since IRI has already done it. Israel is angry since ICC might issue arrest warrants for the leaders of the country. Rather than defending themselves with actual facts (which they really can't), they attack the court for not doing more to IRI! What else can be done to IRI other than a military attack. They are in every single shit list internationally. Their leaders are not allowed to travel. The sanctions are there, and no one wants to deal with them. Having IRI as the evil system is the best thing for all other countries.

Comments: Suddenly, we have plain clothes forces attacking students in UCLA and other universities! Sounds familiar? Anti-Israel protest organizers at the University of California, Los Angeles, compared themselves to Palestinians in the Gaza war following a violent clash on campus — as a local Jewish group slammed the university’s lack of leadership for allowing things to reach a boiling point. Leaders at the UCLA Palestine Solidarity Encampment claimed they experienced a “life-threatening assault” after counter-protesters tried to clear the camp overnight in what turned into a chaotic brawl that required intervention from LAPD officers.

When a regime like IRI can point at America for attacking its own citizens with the excuse to support another country, we are in trouble. Sure, anyone can see that IRI is and has been far worse but again, that can’t be the bar we set for America.
