It's clear that the EU3 do not want to directly engage Iran and used Ukraine to do their dirty work. It is imperative for Iran to respond to the Ukraine attack either directly which is less likely or through some clandestine operation that can not be directly traced back to Iran. Otherwise the EU3 might be tempted to use Ukraine or others to get invloved in the current ongoing aggression of the American/Zionists forces againt Iran. This is a test operatoin for them and a lack of Iranian response might embolden them to join the war, something that they have refused to do so far.

During the original war (before the MOU), out of nowhere they reported few planes crushed all over the place (inside and outside US) with casualties.
