Yeah, I have a friend at soccer who told me he was up $400K this year! He was day trading. I have to ask him this Sunday how he is doing!!!

I am not much of a day trader and so, am hurt but less. I sold my RGTI today at 170% gain. It was up to over 300% at its peak a few days ago.

Very interesting and scary but true! I can’t tell what these AI’s are thinking but I assume, the stronger the AI of a company is, the easier to even fool the others! Small investors are not in control of anything anymore. If lucky, we ride the waves these algorithms are creating. Of course, with any wave, a crash is inevitable! I think the best way is to go long on few stocks. My days of investing and day trading might be over. I was up over 100% for 2025 for all trades! I’m getting very close to even now (3-4 days of crash)! Very humbling…

One thing we need to keep in mind is the role of AI here. So, financial firms have long used bots to do high frequency transactions. This has always been needing human interaction to tell the bots what to do. what the firms are doing now is that they use AI to tell the bots what to do. A study by the University of Pennsylvanian shows that when they do that, the AIs of different firms rather than competing, they start colluding! This is interesting because they have no communication with each other. 

This collusion is illegal when a human is involved. But by having the AI do the collusion, the firms are getting around the laws.

So, I expect, the former dips and rises that was because of market manipulation by the firms to be a lot more pronounced now that they are colluding with each other.

Zinsky, that is nasty business. I cannot even buy RGTZ on my platform. It is a blocked ETF!

I sold my RGTI. I still had some 200% gains to protect. Will sit and see what is happening next.

I am now wondering about IONQ.

Very clever way to crash the stock, at least for the short term. Smallest good news can cause this to clash and shorts will cover. It could go either way. Either a 25% gain or 25% loss in the next few days. I have lost all my gains from RGTI. I’m not going to sell now!
