I recommended the same thing to friends who were looking for a good time to jump into HUMA. :)

I jumped back in but at higher price. $7.35.

If I had sold my shares yesterday, I would have done that too.

This might sound stupid but I might jump back in HUMA if it touches $7.15 today. I will only use the money from the gain from the last time!

Yes, there is a zoom link. But I do not want to put it here. Riffraff will start budding in. If you send me an email to the address above, I will send you the link and the day and time.

Agha Faramarz UCSD is a three hour drive for me. May be even more in traffic. Is there a zoom link for this?

There is a doctoral dissertation defense here next week by an Iranian student titled:

"The “Pressure” of Being an Adolescent in Palestine: The Relationship of Psychosocial Factors on Blood Pressure and Feasibility of mHealth Adoption Living Under Military Occupation"

UCSD Medical Educational and Telemedicine (MET) Building
Ong Family Lower Auditorium

I am thinking she is Amrika setiz, antisemitic, and so must be hezbollahi.

Those of you who are in Southern California, if you can attend, I encourage you to do so. This is one in a life time study that draws a very grim picture for humanity. But such is the reality.

"Holland team looks like a bunch of angry, undisciplined guys"

That style of play is my favorite, but I cannot disagree with you on this one. [smile]

Speaking of 1974, that's 50 years ago, and football has surely come a long way since then. This is the WC final between Germany and Holland. I know a lot of Iranian fans who have memories from then would disagree with me but this football is at least 1.5 times slower than the game today. Most teams in the final round of the WC in 2020 would beat any of these teams. Holland team looks like a bunch of angry, undisciplined guys who thought they can show up and win the game because they were playing 'modern' football. But they lost 2 finals in a row for good reason.

Fox News is giving Kennedy a platform. Trump is launching into his most direct fear mongering language yet (e.g. immigrants are building an army, they come from mental institutions, etc.). I think they are scared. Worried that Trump's conviction may actually affect the swing states. And, hope that Kennedy will take more away from Biden.

I flew that 707 flight to NY in 1974 exactly. I do not remember what $ rate was but it was a luxury trip. In London we had a stop over for I think two or three hours. Homa gave us coupon to eat in Heathrow, and 70 pounds of credit to spend on shopping. 70 pounds was a lot of money back then. It was definitely a luxury liner catering only to the rich and the rich american and european clientele. People would show up to these flights as though they are going to a soiree in evening dresses and such. They put a suit on me that had the Pepsi Cola logo on the chest. :) Must have been cool back then.

Marco Fürst and Marco Waltenspiel both from Austria became the first people to wingsuit across London's most famous landmark – and at an astonishing speed of 246kph.

The most amazing thing about this achievement was that they had to come down real low in order to go under the bridge and then quickly gain altitude so as to be able to open their parachutes safely. Thus the need for high acceleration. An amazing feat -

By the way, I think I mentioned that I used to work for Homa. Back then, the only way we could afford this kind of trip was because of our huge Homa employee discount who could only travel on standby.

I worked in the office at the airport. We regularly saw the very rick get onto these planes to NY or even London. 4000 tomans back then was a lot of money, even for iranians.
