Comments: Maghsoud jAn, thanks for asking. I was put on hormone therapy in definitely, but was fortunate enough for my thyroid to recover and heal itself. But for about a month when the PCP was ordering all sorts of random tests, wasting time and money, I was unable to go to work. My thyroid gland was thorn and all the hormone was pouring into my blood which made my metabolism to shoot through the roof. This made me run a fever and muscles always feel exhausted for a month! I hope that you are not going through this. Thyroid issues and kidney stones are frequent among Iranians. so, am not surprised.
Comments: You are welcome Shahryar jAn. I agree, I see a lot of people hoping for the english to lose. There are so many reasons. For me, here is the list: 1. Their feeling of entitlement, just like the americans 2. They always enter tournaments expecting to win it all or at least do really well, completely ignoring their quality. This is also something they share with the americans. 3. They argue for their quality based on their league. But their league is only good because of the star foreign players. When it comes to their national team, it is like the B or even the C team from their league. This is just not that good.
Comments: Agha Shahryar a lot of people r :) i think the english probably r the most hated team in every tournament
Comments: Agha Faramarz that is horrible. Can I ask whether you recovered fully? I am also having some thyroid issues.
Comments: Thanks Faramarz Jan. By the way, I am also rooting for the Swiss to win.
Comments: Shahryar jAn, on FOX.
Comments: Faramarz, Where are you seeing the game? there used to be a Firstrowsports Live Stream, but it does not seem to have the games anymore.
Comments: Like the Americans, the English, especially Kane is arguing with the ref. Kane for a fake PK. I do not think it is because they do not know how to behave. It is a sense of entitlement. They should be awarded what they need to win when they face a better team.
Comments: I hope England loses today. They r such a shit team. And like Ghandali have brought all the names in the hope of winning the title in a tournament where everyone else brings the youth and builds. Like Ghandali, they also will not win.

Comments: Zinsky jAn, I know a bunch of people like that too. On healthcare, I must say that the system here is not good at all for ordinary needs. But it is good for complicated or serious things. For instance, instead of a primary care who will most of the time refuse to send you to a specialists until s/he has done a bunch of useless tests that the specialist eventually will order stuff that supersedes it, in Iran you can directly go to a specialist, if you have the money for a fraction of the cost of seeing a specialist here. A friend of mine died here because his PCP refused to send him to a specialist until he had stage 4 prostate cancer, a form of cancer that if caught earlier is mostly curable. I had issues with my thyroid gland and it took three months before I could see a specialist. By that point, he said that my thyroid glad was damaged and he could not do anything and that I had to wait and see whether I was one of the few lucky ones whose gland would repair itself. These are serious healthcare issues that the richest country in the world is offering. IMO combining the healthcare system in Iran with the american one makes a lot of sense in old age. routine stuff and initial diagnosis can be done rapidly there. If anything serious comes up, you can head over here and get the specialized care.
Comments: Good day for soccer today. 2 Euro games and 2 Copa America ones. Looking forward to Brazil and Türkiye ones.
Comments: Spent time with a group of Iranians whom have been here nearly 60 years. Most democrats and mostly disgusted by Trump. They are in their 70s and came here to study in the 60s and stayed for good. All retired and doing very well. Interesting enough, most were talking about retiring part time in Iran. They were talking about buying an apartment in Iran to spend some of their retirement there. They all visited Iran recently and wanted to be home, at least, few months out of the year. Their main concern was healthcare. That is why most would like to keep a place here to come when needed.
