Comments: Shahryar, Agreed! I will also vote for her while I was going to sit it out with Biden. I was tired of while old men running against each other. The attacks on Harris are funny. Republicans are basically saying Harris is Biden 2.0 without the experience! That’s just funny! Biden was too old and she isn’t experienced enough! She is also a semi black female! I don’t think she would win if selected as the candidate but can’t wait for the small chance of her beating Trump. I think Trump and his white supporters are going to jump off a cliff in a mass suicide!!!
Comments: Farid, I am with you on Bernie sanders. I think he would be the perfect choice, but after the Coup de' Ta 4 years ago against him by Democrats (and his advanced age), he would not run. Harris is not my choice either, but I will vote for her, for obvious reasons. She needs a "White Male" as her running mate. Another minority will not work in today's America.

Comments: I’m not sure if VP is the best choice but at this time anyone has a better chance than Biden. Right after announcing that he will not run, money started to roll in. Trump is probably thinking, I have to beat another woman! He was happy with Biden but now he needs to build a new attack strategy. No more too old for the job.

Polls show that other possible contenders, including Vice President Kamala Harris, run slightly behind Trump. They’d start out playing catch-up. In those same polls, Michelle Obama crushes Trump by 11 points. Since her husband left the White House, she’s been the good soldier, supporting others for the top job while always saying she’s not interested in it herself. But she’s also said she’s “terrified” at the potential outcome of the November election. While she might not actively campaign for the nomination, I’d think she’d find it pretty hard to turn it down if delegates at the Democratic National Convention were to draft her next month. Dawn Staley, women’s basketball legend, head coach at the University of South Carolina and a four-time Olympic gold medalist (three as a player, one as coach), called the right play in a recent appeal to former president Barack Obama on X: “Now please let us borrow @MichelleObama for just 4 short years! First Gentleman is a good look for you.” Nobody knows better than Staley that when you’re down by a couple of points late in the fourth quarter, you want to get the ball in the hands of your best player to take the final shot.
