Comments: Elections are big business in America. $Billions spent during the long and painful process. There are hundreds of thousands of people involved in this process as well. The interesting part of it all is the polling companies. They go on for months, maybe years predicting the outcome. They use a small sample of few hundred or few thousand potential votes to predict the outcome. They have been semi accurate on the popular vote. Even during the crazy Trump vs Hilary, they predicted a victory for Hilary by 2-3 points. That actually came true even though the popular vote counts for nothing! I don't see why they waste everyone's time with the nationwide surveys. That has no barring in the outcome. They only need to poll few states and based on that can predict the results with much better accuracy. There are about 6-7 out of 50 states that determine the outcome of the presidential elections. The rest of the country vote for fun!

Comments: Agha Zinsky, I choose, option #2 with the caveat that I do not think Israel is US' best friend. The relationship is more like blackmailing. I think f it this way: the US jewish population is 2.4%. But every administration has a member of this subpopulation either as a president or vice president. about half of congress is also either jewish or supporter. If this was democracy these numbers would be much lower. so i think these people have taken the united states government as a hostage and through blackmail are making the us do what they want. the war with hamas is the latest blackmail of the us policy while they can before their buddy trump shows up again.

Comments: America’s policy in Middle East has always been to create chaos and instability. They go through governments in the region and pin them against each other. A stable Middle East is not good for weapon sales and even worse for Israel. They either directly go to war or start war between different countries. This time around they have given Israel the green light to attack the neighboring countries. The problem is that Iran has been playing the game as well. They are trying to copy US in the region and beyond. It’s bad for average citizens and even worse for the other countries but they don’t care as US doesn’t care. They want power and control. Removing Shah was the 1st phase of US plans for the region. Starting war between Iran and Iraq was the next step. They didn’t want either side to win big, just keep them fighting. Sell weapons to both sides. War on terror was the next big move. As stupid and unorganized these look, they are moving forward and getting what they want. What is the next step? I don’t know but a big, ugly war might be what is going to happen. Go USA!!!
