On the first round of negotiations, trump had insisted on direct n face to face. Iran Aragchi refused n they settled on two room setup with Oman foreign minister himself hand carrying the messages between Witkoff n Aragchi.

Witkoff presented a one page demand letter with 5 bullet points, saying take that to your leaders. Aragchi took it with smile n left. Followed by Witkoff flying straight to Tel Aviv. The deal is in the making

My feelings are that these negotiations are designed for show. I don’t think they actually negotiate anything during these meetings. Most of the negotiations have been done before. They might talk about specific details but the main issues are discussed and agreed upon before they meet. They wouldn’t just show up with a blank paper and start from scratch.
Either way, I think Iran really needs a deal and Trump really needs a victory.
I expect very similar agreement they had under Obama. Trump will announce it as a major deal no one could make and IRI will tell its people we didn’t give them anything more.
An agreement, no matter what, would be good for Iranians for at least a short while.

Yes the wining coach was getting into it in the last game since his players almost choked and were losing a game they should have won on paper, easily.
They have 5 more games left and now have to win them all to set the 70 points all time record he's been aiming for, it's possible but not easy now.
