There is no life time commitment- time share industry tried it n lost in a famous case which has allowed many unsuspecting Mericans to get out of there non ending time share bills.

That’s just a gimmick for the uninformed. No gym membership could be for lifetime

My gym is cheaper but not by a ton. It is an ordinary gym. May be I should pay a visit to this place and reserve my membership. [biggrin]

There is a lot of truth to what Zinsky says though. I struggle going there by myself and my friends laugh when I suggest indoor exercise.

We joined LifeTime in 2019. We got the multi location option as we travel a lot. I’ve been to the branch in La Jolla. In all honesty, with a weather like San Diego, I wouldn’t want to be in a gym. On the other hand, when it’s -10 degrees outside, with snow and wind, sitting in the hot tub is heavenly!🤭

Standard membership is $179/month there. If you are under 26 or over 65, there is a discount. These are just for one location in La Jolla. If you want a multi location membership, it is $239/month. But you have to commit to pay this until you die. It is a lifetime membership.🤣

Zinsky my brother is a member of the La Jolla branch in SD. There you have to get on a wait list to join. 🤣 You can also reserve your membership. 🤣🤣🤣😍😍😍

Another one of those interesting only in Iran gems, this one is definitely unique in the world.
I am watching the Italian  Hazfi Cup semis between Inter and Milan on IRIB3. The default announcer is clearly pro Milan and does not hide it and refers to them as "our team".
But if you are an Inter fan do not worry, you can switch the audio to a pro Inter announcer and watch that feed, of course that's only in Iran so I can not do it on Glwiz [biggrin]
It's halftime and Milan is ahead 1-0.

I’m a member of LifeTime. It’s one of the best gyms in the country. Pretty expensive but the nicest I’ve seen. They have 4 of them in Boston area.
They have expanded to all major cities and growing fast.

Democrats have proven to be like EU. No one cares for them. They just can’t put together a massage that resonates with average Joe. As I have said before, the main issue is that democrats (the voters) are very diverse. They are looking for a candidate that can satisfy all needs. There is no such person right now. Any candidate is either too far left or not left enough.
Republicans (votes) are easy to please. Give them guns, white power, religious rights to fight gay, abortion and such and they are happy. The more right you are, the better!
There is much more problems than these things. We have reached the point of no return.

Zinsky, I remember that well. When they stopped showing up to their consequences and then there were no consequences for those actions, it was clear that this country had a constitutional crisis. I have said this before that the problem is that most in the leadership of the three branches (now only one) believe that the constitution is the word of god. What is there intended to be executed word for word and what is not there is intended for it not to be part of this republic. The reality is though that it was written by men who meant well, but naturally were unable to think of everything that will come up in the future. So, what is not there is most likely because of oversight or inability to predict the future. They wrote the document for their time and it was sufficient for that era. So, now we have a situation where we do not have a mechanism for imposing consequences for most things that people do. So, times have changed and we are fast approaching a basic nomadic everything for one man scenario.

By the wya, have you guys noticed how shockingly incompetent and lame the democrats have been since Trump took office? It is like they do not exist. They could have at least put up a fighting face even if it were just for the show.

I think I now understand why. I was reading and watching some of the younger democratic candidates running for the office and it is how shockingly uniform part of their message is. They are all going after the party's leadership. Messages such as "we need to develop a backbone", "incumbency is not what the party should focus on", and "seniority should not be considered in elections" are common to most of the young runners.

So, I think there is a quiet internal war going on in the party of the lame, incompetent, and the corrupt. The last one is common to both parties.

We reached a point in this country that might not be reversible.
When rich and powerful refuse to listen to judges/courts and there are no consequences, we are doomed.
It started a while back when former Trump cabinet members refused to show up to answer questions under oath and now the president and his team refuse to accept what judges and courts are asking them to do. Sad part is that they just do what they want and there are no consequences for them. Worse is a penalty that they are more than happy to pay.
This is the democracy as we know it.

My dozari: I think Trump demanded Owen's resignation specifically. As far as I can remember, this is the first time a US President so directly intervenes with journalism and reporting.

Owen said that he felt no longer he could make independent decision about the show's content. This came after Paramount, CBS' parent company agreed to reach a settlement with Trump for his $20B lawsuit against CBS for its coverage of Kamala Harris in one of 60 Minutes' episode.

Once again, the flip flop continues. Now, we are friends with China. We also don't want to fire the Fed chief Jerome Powell after saying so 2 days ago.

Market will move higher today until he decides to say something else to fuck it up!

Great leadership.
