Comments: My brother in law’s brother was going through chemotherapy for cancer until the war broke out. They sent him home and said they would not be able to continue his treatment. At 45, he is home waiting to lose his battle with cancer. I can’t imagine the grief and anxiety of being severely ill and being told the basic medical treatment is not available anymore.

Comments: My cousin is a pharmacist in Tabriz. Before all this started I was hearing about the shortage of medication and even surgeries without anesthetics because of the sanctions. I'd hate to know how things are now and will be for the coming few years.
