Comments: Has shit hit the fan yet? I have realized that some 30% of the population is either too stupid or just totally brainwashed. They will jump from the bridge if the leader tells them to do so. It’s very much like Iran. No matter the pain, they will follow! Social issues have been relaxed in Iran to a point of no return. Alcohol, dress code, loud music in cars/restaurants, and basic girl/boy interactions are back to pre revolution. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is severely anxious and worried about economy. Unfortunately, they see no hope for it getting better. $ at 105,000 and prices going higher almost weekly. And the fear of war is making it impossible to predict the near term future. I’m not sure what is going on behind the scenes but without a deal with the West, Iran will have a massive crisis. Some are hoping for it and thinking it will cause a revolt. I’m not sure how it could happen without major bloodshed.

Comments: It’s not even 100 days yet. I just read The largest number of visitors to US are from Canada. In total we see about 20 million visitors from our neighbor in the north. Starting Jan the figures are down more than 20% n less n less Canadian are willing to come as they find US attitude hostile. We’re expecting a loss around 50% in visitor count this year which amounts to 14,000 seasonal jobs. Let that sink in |
