Comments: برنامهٔ بین‌المللِ رادیو تلویزیون ملی ایران – دهه ۵۰ ☆ ☆ مجری اول ~ سوسن ضیایی ☆ ☆ مجری دوم ~ شیلا میلز ☆ ☆ واقعاً یکی از بخش‌های جالب و کمتر گفته‌شده‌ی نیرت (یا همان اِن آی آر تی)، همین برنامهٔ بین‌المللی بود. اواسط دههٔ ۵۰ که ایران سرعت گرفته بود-از پروژه‌های نفتی گرفته تا مخابرات و ساخت‌وسازهای بزرگ-یه عالمه متخصص خارجی وارد کشور شدند. بخش زیادی‌شون هم آمریکایی‌هایی بودن که برای پروژه‌های دفاعی، شبکه‌های ارتباطی یا شرکت‌هایی مثل بل هلیکاپتر کار می‌کردن. ☆ ☆ اون موقع تنها رسانهٔ انگلیسی‌زبان، «رادیو تلویزیون ارتش آمریکا» بود که فقط یه قسمت کوچیک از تهران رو پوشش می‌داد و کامل هم دست خود آمریکایی‌ها بود. برای همین تصمیم گرفتن یه سرویس جدید تو نیرت راه بندازن به اسم برنامهٔ بین‌المللی؛ جایی که می‌تونست برای این جامعهٔ خارجی تازه‌وارد، برنامهٔ درست‌وحسابی خبری، سرگرمی و اطلاع‌رسانی تولید کنه. ☆ ☆ این حرکت باعث شد تلویزیون ملی برای اولین‌بار جدی‌تر به سمت چندزبانه شدن بره و عملاً یه پل ارتباطی بین ایران و جامعهٔ خارجی مقیم کشور بسازه—یکی از همون چیزهایی که معمولاً تو روایت‌های تاریخی کمتر بهش اشاره می‌شه، ولی نقش مهمی داشت. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DR_r3D_kTw6/

Comments: Reza, So true. Trump showed the world how weak the system is and how other presidents just used unwritten rules rather than abuse it. He is using all the loopholes to benefit himself. He is a businessman. That is what they do. Government is suppose to be different. U.S. laws are outdated and a corrupt individual can do whatever he wants. Comments: I’m having the same issues thinking about Portugal or Spain playing us to get better prepared for Asian teams. I’m still hoping for TM to secure couple of games with playoff teams from Europe. Either one of the English speaking countries other than England itself or Easter European teams. As far as African teams, we should arrange one or two but again, too many issues with any deals! We shall see. I’m not sure if any games would help this team/coach! GN would not be happy with another loss to a 3rd rated team. Also, more and more fans are getting ready to start the “BeSharaf” slogans based on the people I talked to in LA/San Diego! I would somehow understand boycotting the team but spending $1,000 or so to go shit on TM!?!? I was hoping to go see one game in LA with old friends living in SoCal but no luck so far. Maybe by then, they would sell me the tickets at face value!
Comments: I also doubt very much that they will manage to arrange a friendly with Portugal and Spain for all the reasons Zinsky posted yesterday. Here is my hope: Two friendlies with low-level African or Asian team. The second likely possibility is that we will have only one friendly with a team like Oman and we will hear all sorts of arguments about how they resemble Egypt. I think of Ghandali as a person like Trump. They both know they are not qualified for their jobs. So, any real evaluation of their competence will be avoided. Remember Trump refused to debate after the cat and dog eating incidence? These friendlies are like the debates for GN. They will refresh everyone's mind on his incompetence at a time when everyone is thinking a new coach. So, my eyes do not drink water about any real friendlies. |
