Last days in Iran. Can’t wait to plan the next trip back home. Need to look at stocks that can pay for the trip. Nothing for now!!!
Observations that I want to share.
1- Almost 70% of Iranian young girls look almost identical! All the cosmetic surgeries have made them very similar. Small noises, large (strangely large) lips, big chicks and perfect skins!
2- Iranians love their nights out and eating. Streets are full of small restaurants, coffee shops and such and they are all full. Even with prices as they are, people are still out having fun.
3- Everything is delivered these days. Snap food is the motor cycle delivery for everything you can imagine. From Sangak to sandwiches and kebabs. Fruits, vegetables, milk and cheese. You name it, they deliver for about $0.50 to a dollar.
4- There are now more coffee shops per capita than Seattle in Tehran. You can find small (room for 3-4 people) on all corners of town.
5- Due to high cost of housing, cities and villages outside Tehran are becoming Urban areas with 5-6 story apartments.
6- $ keeps climbing. It went from 92K to 105K in less than a month I’ve been here.
7- Ladies are pushing the limits on dress code to the next level. After slowly removing the head scarfs, montos are removed. Pants are being replaced with tight leggings and lose shirts are very common now.

Maghsoud I watched both games. I think Duke lost to the inexperience of its coach in that specific scenario. Inability to get the ball in, in five consecutive possessions is inexcusable. They should have had a plan after the first screw up!

I thought both better teams (Duke and Auburn) lost yesterday. But so goes college basketball. There are so many mistakes and shortcomings. This is what makes it exciting.

Did you guys watch NCAA? Both semifinals were crazy. Auburn was by by 9 at half in the end they lost to Florida. Duke lost even worse. They were up by 15 but they only had one field goal in the last 10 and a half minutes! They could not get the ball in for six possessions in a row at the end of the game. In the end, Houston won by 3. Crazy finish.

Farid, a lot will change around the world. This is only one of them. I think Trump is doing the bidding for China more than Russia. If this continues, Trump first will give away Taiwan. Next is australia. Or may be australia is an easier give away than Taiwan! No one would fuss.
