Comments: Yes, I know. We had a county-experts meeting last week. The agenda included this. Everyone is bracing for this and other diseases that have not been an issue for decades to come back. The problem is that people are in charge now who are not experts in the domains that they are ruling over. They make decisions based on conspiracy theories and political alignments rather than science, what has been done, or the challenges ahead. Does it sound familiar? We have seen this in Iran. And just like in Iran, when it comes to science and technology, this has guaranteed significant harm.

Comments: On the Persian Gulf renaming, since there has been no executive order, Google changing the name is on them and exposes their link to Arab countries/Israel. I recommend pulling your money out of their stocks. It is not going anywhere fast anyway and on the AI front they have been far behind the front runners.
Comments: I think if negotiations fail, it will be that Russia pulled back its support for the treaty. We knew where Israel and everyone else's stance were before the negotiations. What will be next for Iran if the negotiations fail is nothing but the same old, same old. Sanctions and more sanctions. Stronger IRI by the day, closer to the bomb by the day, and poorer and poorer people. IRI will be more under pressure and become even more reliant on Russia. All of this is good for everyone except for the people of Iran.
Comments: I was hopeful but should have known that hardliners on both sides plus Israel will do what they can to derail the negotiations. Based on the latest news from US side, the negotiations are not working as two sides are far apart on the issues. U.S. seems to have moved the goalpost. Their latest demands are not going to work for IRI. I’m not sure what is the next step. I’m assuming Iran is the pawn in the game US, China and Russia are playing.

Comments: As far as this statement: "I fear that we have lost the future for our children in this country." It is my biggest fear and I think that you are right. The video that Zinsky posted is very true that in the past 20+ years we have sold all the IP of this country to China in exchange for the rich to get richer. We are now putting the final nails in by intentionally destroying our own economy and making China the #1 economy all for the rich to get richer.

The supposed democracy checkpoints have failed and this country has become a banana republic where you are kidnapped by masked people on the street without ID or due process. Comments: By mentioning the name change, he basically lost the respect of all Iranians who were supporting him. Well, maybe not all. There are who come up with any excuse to support him. I’m not sure if they would change their mind if he orders a massive attack on our homeland, killing innocent people and destroying the country.
