Two security personnel from Iran's Revolutionary Guards were killed in what state media said was "an anti-revolutionary attack" in the western district of Sarvabad on Tuesday.
Three other security personnel were wounded in the attack.

I agree with Zinsky. Pahlavi's lack of qualifications or what he wants or whether people want him or not does not matter. If powers to be decide to bring him, he will become the most qualified leader in the world. For now they have let him be and so he looks like that loser/jaasous that he really is.

Reality is that Pahlavi is a pawn in this game. If the powers that rule the world want him to be the leader, he will be. He might not be the leader we need but that is beside the point. As soon as the decision is made, he will become whomever they want him to be. I’m not convinced he is the best choice but again, Iran doesn’t have anyone else either.

Yes i have seen the same n many r saying the same. Paulavi is the most popular candidate but that is cuz there is nobody else. lots of attack on him inside Iran n outside Iran. we can say he is educated, he is nacionalist n cares about the country but my problem with him is he just does not have it. He is softer than his father and those in power in Iran will destroy him in no time. As my uncle says the country needs a ataturk or reza khan kind to deal with those in power but there is no one even close like atatork or reza shah.  he is a nice guy n that's it, nothing else. Like his father n grandfather he will die outside of iran.

This final round of Asian WC qualifying starts tomorrow. 6 teams are in 2 groups and the winners qualify.
CQ as the coach of Oman as usual complains about the process but this time he is right!
AFC has rigged the process for QAT and KSA to qualify. They host all the games in their groups and also play their games with a 6 day rest.All other teams have to play 2 games in the span of 3 days!
I have nazrd 1000 salavat that both QAT and KSA get eliminated and Iraq and Oman qualify [biggrin]

I’m not taking sides here but suddenly Pahlavi has been getting a lot of hate massages online for the past 2-3 weeks. I’m not sure who exactly is pushing this narrative but it seems whomever is behind this is trying hard to discredit him. Once again, I’m not taking sides but it’s interesting how this escalated recently! The more they push, the more important he seems!
