I believe you can buy the more expensive tickets now but the general sale of the more affordable tickets is still not announced. One of the biggest complications is that many games are going to be in the US. I believe there will only be 7 games in Canada. But people getting visas to the US will be an issue and people's (european) willingness to go through the troubles of getting into the US is another issue. So, there is a great deal of uncertainty about the games in the US. I think this is weighing in on the ticket sales as well.
