Trump just put more sanctions on any country dealing with Iran. What would that do to the people who can’t afford basic needs. This is not my idea but it has been said that the only way to pressure the regime is to freeze their assets outside Iran, kick anyone who is related to the regime out and close all embassies and offices belonging to IRI. Nothing hurts the regime more than being isolated completely, individually not the people. It will not happen since the world loves the money they bring to them! Stolen money but money nevertheless.

Comments: I used to think that our biggest problem is not having a good alternative. But now I fear that majority of us do not really understand democracy. So, our governments reflect the people, be it during Shah's time or now. We just do not get democracy and want to force our opinion on others. Sadly, I think where we live also is going in this direction. Real democracy is becoming a foreign concept in the USA as well.
