I have to admit that I did not really watch the match last night for the tactics or the skill but rather for the enthusiasm that the Japanese team displayed for life, in general-how happy the were in general. But being forced to watch the match because of it, I now appreciate the tactics and the skill set a lot more. I learned a ton from my first ever curling match that I have watched! :)

Having watched the match last night and learned about the game, I should say that it is still not my favorite sport, but I will watch the Japanese women whenever they play.

I think the true test of TM with the current coach is perhaps the upcoming game against Korea in Seoul in March. Although in some respects, the game against Lebanon can not be ruled out either.

My son has been into this curling event every Olympic, and I used to laugh at it 😁. After a while, watching you realize what technics and tactics are involved, then you spend time watching them.

Holy cow, you can never guess what's going on with these guys in IFF. The guy at the helm appoints people for various positions. Then, the same people go against him and bring him down. Whatever rules are in place sucks big time. And a lot of knifing in the back and front is going on. It's a doggy dog world out there, and it is TM that ends up paying for it.

TASHKENT, Iran has been drawn in a tough group in the AFC U23 Asian Cup following the conclusion of the Uzbekistan 2022 Finals draw in Tashkent on Thursday.
Titleholders Korea Republic are drawn in Group C along with ASEAN trio of Thailand, 2018 runners-up Vietnam and Malaysia.
Hosts Uzbekistan, the 2018 champions, will have Iran, Qatar and newcomers Turkmenistan to contend with in Group A.
Australia, third in the 2020 edition, were drawn in Group B with Jordan, Iraq and Kuwait while Japan, the 2016 champions, are in Group D with 2020 runners-up Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and debutants Tajikistan.
The fifth edition of the Championship will be played in Central Asia for the first time, with Uzbekistan hosting 32 matches across the cities of Tashkent and Karshi.
Four former champions and nine teams to have reached the semi-finals or better within the last decade alongside two debutants will battle for Continental supremacy from June 1 to 19.

The Japanese team is great. So chatty and social. Their facial expressions are priceless. The swiss hardly talk to each other. The Japanese women are enjoying every minute of this. Great to see.
