Comments: The thing about FIFA is that they are corrupt. But what gets me is how blatant they are in that. They openly make corrupt decisions and take bribes for their decisions. And then they do very little or no justification for it either!

Comments: kAmkAr, Agreed; I am a firm believer that we should first (and always) look in the mirror for who is to blame.
Comments: Faramarz, the POT selection is all about FIFA rankings, which we all agree is very much flawed. Germany didn't help their cause and ascent in the ranking by qualifying so early (October 11th, 2021). They had very little to fight for, during the past few months and did not rack up too many points. England could get either Germany or Netherlands in their group. Uruguay and Switzerland are not push overs either, and could potentially all beat England.
