Comments: Keefer Jan, As things stand now, despite of how much talent we have in our team, we are not working as a TEAM; we need a coach that can bring out the best in us and not the opposite. Not all the TM players respect this coach and when that happens, it creates division within the team itself, since some players will go to the coach's aid. This creates a toxic environment that will lead to nothing but a disastrous showing by our team. Keeping this coach is simply NOT an option, and if IFF thinks that, well, then they are even more incompetent that we al thought.
