You didn't hear them talk about "all options are on the table" even when Trump was in power. Last time they used that plan was when Obama was in charge. Since then Iran has showed them enough firepower to make them put that phrase in the trash can. The sanctions have reached it's limit. There is nothing left to sanction. As economist say "that plan has past the point of diminishing returns". So time to put that plan in the trash can. Their new approach is to use their agents in Iran to kill Iranians in anyway they can. Assassination, and terrorism under the cover of accidents. They call it "death by 1000 knife wounds".
